ok so heres the deal, i know its illegal to purchase alcohol under 21, does that go for drinking to? and if you got drunk or drank would you be able to be sent to jail for it if your under 21, cuz ive been wasted and im 13.. i know what could happen being underage, do lecture me, im just wondering, and i havent drank since that i can remember.
You're way too young to be drinking at all.
Yes the purchase AND consumption of alcohol is illegal if you are under 21. You, whoever else is underage and drinking, the person who provided the alcohol and the person who owns wherever it is that are drinking is in trouble if you are caught and can be cited. It is a matter of police officer discretion to enforce or not in this situation, but if you are thirteen then the odds of him enforcing are higher.
Okay I watch what I eat during the week. Basically Monday-Friday & i exercise 3-4 days a week by running. The weekend I let go & eat basically whatever I want in moderation. I'll have cereal for breakfast, maybe a snack, then go out for dinner & order whatever & have desert. I've been losing a few lbs & now I'm staying where I'm at which is a good thing, as long as I don't gain. Is this a good way to do it? Thanks!
No, it really isn't honestly.
Your body doesn't shut down because its the weekend and you have been good all week. You'll make a lot more progress if you make it one day every 2 or 3 weeks instead of every weekend.

Sexual Battery is forcible sexual touching. For example- groping.
Lewd or lavascious acts with a child is pretty self explanatory- engaging in inappropriate sexual acts with a child.
As far as the 288(a) and f234.4 go those are markers in your state's penal code that identify those particular crimes. Calling your local police precinct and asking a police officer your questions would give you the best answers.

Calling the LA Fitness closest to you (or even looking on the computer for their locations) and asking for yourself is a viable/logical solution.
i just asked a question.. but what is so bad about too much protien?
So much of anything isn't good unless there is a balance. Too much protein with not enough carbs leads to lower energy, too much carbs with not enough protein leads to more fat storage and less buildup of muscle tissue and the list goes on.

i was wondering if this is an okay daily diet.
breakfast- bowl of cereal
snack at schoool- maybe 2 pretezels
lunch at school- sandwitch (either pb&j or turky), carrots, fresh fruit like grapes or strawberrys, 100 calorie pack
after school- fruit/veggies
dinner- some meat, whatever is being served. ususally healthy and good portions.
i did a diet thing on yahoo.com and it said i had too much protien, not enough fats?, and too many carbs. what can i do to change that?
Yahoo.com is wayyy wrong in regards to saying too much protein, in fact you barely have any. There is too much carb and not a whole lot of fat.

i eat healthy, and good. im a cheerleader. i am unhappy with my body. i am fit for the most part but have some areas that i despise. what are the best at home exercises for inner thys, stomach, calves, and butt?
The answer is still the same no matter what way you ask me- it's all in the diet. If you eat good- then eat even better and just exercise- go out and run or do bodyweight squats, something to get you moving but don't think you eat perfect because everybody always has room for improvement.
Next week I'll be going on a New York trip with my band through school. I'm really excited!
I just have a few questions for anyone who lives there or perhaps has traveled there before:
1) Is it a bad idea to carry around a purse? Should I just keep my wallet in my pocket so no one can grab it and run off with it?
2) Do some people actually try to steal necklaces off your neck from right behind you?
3) Are there a lot of homeless people?
4) Has anyone tried any of the following restaurants: Chevy's Fresh Mex, ESPN Zone, B.B. Kings Blues Club and Grill, or Tavern on the Green? Are they any good?
5) What are some cool places to shop in Times Square?
6) When I take the ferry over to the Statue of Liberty, will it be freezing cold because of the water?

Listen to someone who lives here and not someone who nears "near here" or has "been here":
1) Times Square has a pretty high amount of larcenies so the possibility is always there, unlike what others have said. You can carry your purse, but locals and thieves alike can spot a tourist from a mile away so you should really leave your wallet in your front pocket.
2) Yes, just know your surroundings because it's a very beautiful/very intimidating place to be- especially your first time.
3) Yep. Not really in Times Square itself though, but they are there.
4) Chevy's is like a glorified Taco Bell but the rest of those places are pretty good. I suggest Stage Deli on 54th and 7th...just a few blocks up from TS.
5) It's Times Square; you'll find a lot of places to shop
6) It's May...it's not that cold.
Fair warning:
This isn't Montana or Jersey or Kentucky or wherever it is you are from. Very Very different lifestyle and atmosphere and EVERYTHING is expensive so be prepared for that and just be careful. You'll have a lot of fun so enjoy the city.

im 5'3, 14 years old- i was 123 for my last physical (2006 sep) and now im 115, ive been told i looked thinner. i eat healthy and sometimes have cravings that shake my good eating hah, but i dont eat crappy food. i am in cheerleading and used to run daily. i dont really do the running anymore. i go on the trmapoline and do crunches everyday. i mainly do exercises for my stomach and just started doing butt exercises. i did see results on my tummy. but i really hate my inner thys and thys. my friend is the same height as me and has a perfect body and my thys are so much bulkier than hers. what at home exercises can i do to get rid of inner thy mainly? i dont have those elastic bands and i dont know what i can do untill i get them? what are your best work out tips?

My best workout tip is to get your diet in line so you can actually lose fat instead of wasting your time doing countless sets of exercises that don't help because you don't eat right. Eating- it's what makes or breaks you.
on my treadmill, it says the number of calories burned as i walk/run. how accurate is that? i weigh about 125-127 and it said i burned 220 calories alternating between running/brisk walking/walking for about 20-25 minutes.
It doesn't necessarily mean that you burned 220 cals because everyone metabolizes cals differently. It means that as an estimate you did about 220 cals worth of work.
I've rfecently got two tickets, and I've missed the court dates for both. (they were both speeding tickets) anyways, I know that sometimes the judge will send u to traffic school so that you won't get points on your license. Is there anyway to go to trafic school now and get the points that are on my license removed?
Depends on the state you live in. You need to check with your state's DMV- but missing your court date isn't going to look good. Don't forget that the points that you get from the DMV aren't always the same as the points you get from your insurance company and just because you attend a safe driving course and get an amount of the points deducted from your license; it doesn't mean the insurance company will do the same.

If you want to be a cop, don't take forensics. If you want to be a forensic scientist take forensics. I personally am a Criminal Justice major in college but you don't have to major in something like this if you want to be an officer.
It's not "hard" to become a police officer but if you just want to do it because you think what you see on CSI is true and that you get into shootouts constantly and can boss people around constantly then that's not at all what you do as a cop.
Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork, paperwork, paperwork and o yea.....paperwork. It's one of the most stressful jobs in the world, you're always dealing with everyone else's problems, people absolutely hate you, you work on holidays and nights and weekends and it's dangerous. If you can deal with the reality of what it is to be a police officer then it's for you, but if you don't have thick and I mean THICK skin and can't take a lot of stress- it isn't for you.
I've looked on google for this but somehow I can't find the answer. How many calories will I burn doing 100 jumping jacks? Just curious.

I can't really say for sure how many calories that will burn but not an astronomical amount. Figure you only burn about 100 calories for jogging a mile so 100 jumping jacks isn't going to burn a whole lot.
I'm thinking about adding Instant Breakfast into my diet (its that protein drink).
if i added that to my diet plan, i was thinking of eating:
breakfast: instant breakfast w. bannana/apple
snack: Special K bar
lunch: turkey wrap/sandwhich with miracle whip and lettuce. applesauce. carrots. mini-ricecakes.
dinner: usually a Healthy Choice Dinner meal. or a Burger or whatever.
then i was thinking of working out around 4x a week for forty minutes.
what are some fun workouts i can do?

What draws me in most is dinner. When people make a plan and they say "or whatever" it's an express ticket to failure. The Instant breakfast won't hurt, but the thing is- you aren't eating enough food in general, you aren't eating enough real wholesome nutritious foods and what you do eat there's too much carbs, not enough protein and a lot of sodium. Healthy Choice meals especially are loaded with sodium.
You need to eat real food- chicken, eggs, oatmeal, fruits and veggies that kind of thing.
Exercising is the easy/fun part. Nutrition is what makes or breaks you so try and get as much nutrition from whole foods as you can.
I never thought of getting my healthy fixes from a box in the freezer until I stumbled upon the SKINNY COW ice cream sandwiches. they're delicious & worth the mere 150 cals with 2 grams of fat. id like to try more sweet, healthy snacks & meals that are good for you-& taste great! any suggestions are greatly appreciated. thanks a bunch in advance.

Let's clear something up- Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches aren't GOOD for you. Broccoli is GOOD for you. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are meant to be eaten once in a blue moon. It's not GOOD for you; it just has less crap in it than the regular stuff.

okay well I've recently lost 7 pounds. my stomach seems to be shrinking, because I can't eat a lot. well my stomach fat is mushy, like not tight, lose I guess, like baby fat. its kind of hard to explain. does that mean I'm going to lose it soon ?
There is no such thing as non mushy fat.
No, it doesn't mean you will lose it soon; it means there is fat stored in the area and you have to get rid of it like the rest of us- dieting and exercise.
