Okay I watch what I eat during the week. Basically Monday-Friday & i exercise 3-4 days a week by running. The weekend I let go & eat basically whatever I want in moderation. I'll have cereal for breakfast, maybe a snack, then go out for dinner & order whatever & have desert. I've been losing a few lbs & now I'm staying where I'm at which is a good thing, as long as I don't gain. Is this a good way to do it? Thanks!
Your body doesn't shut down because its the weekend and you have been good all week. You'll make a lot more progress if you make it one day every 2 or 3 weeks instead of every weekend. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]
