Question Posted Monday May 14 2007, 5:00 pm

sorry you must get asked alot about dieting and stuff.

i was wondering if this is an okay daily diet.

breakfast- bowl of cereal
snack at schoool- maybe 2 pretezels
lunch at school- sandwitch (either pb&j or turky), carrots, fresh fruit like grapes or strawberrys, 100 calorie pack
after school- fruit/veggies
dinner- some meat, whatever is being served. ususally healthy and good portions.

i did a diet thing on yahoo.com and it said i had too much protien, not enough fats?, and too many carbs. what can i do to change that?

Yahoo.com is wayyy wrong in regards to saying too much protein, in fact you barely have any. There is too much carb and not a whole lot of fat.

Read through my column a bit because I've answered questions like this numerous times and honestly...I don't feel like repeating myself lol.
