I used to work at Subway, but I don't anymore. I'm now working at a plant nursery about 10 minutes from my house now and I like it a lot better :)

how can you get over someone? and how long does it usually take? some background info is: we dated for 15 months (broke up for 3, realized we couldn't do it then got back together), and were each other's first loves, we didn't have sex but he's the first guy who's ever seen me naked and i've ever been sexual with. i want to know an estimated time it will take to forget him.

I know you are going to think I am stupid but i really want to work at subway. I used to eat there all the time when I was younger and since then i have ALWAYS wanted to be the one making the sandwiches. Now I am older but still afraid that I am not old enough so how old do you have to be to work at subway anyway? Does it change depending on what state you live in or anything?

Well, I've heard and also researched that usually, the "first time" hurts. It does because the woman's hymen is "broken". Or in understandable terms, "Her cherry is popped". I do not want my first time to hurt, so I'm wondering if the first time ALWAYS hurts...like..for everyone. And is there any way to prevent it from hurting/ bleeding?

To put it simple: everybody is different. Some girls barely feel it, some girls say it hurts really badly. There's no way to tell how badly it's going to hurt for you your first time. There's really no way to prevent it.

My bf fingered me 5 times this month. It was my first experience, I have never been fingered before. My period is due to in 1 day and I have no signs of it (i.e. sore breast).

I am super embarrassed but I tried to put one in and I found out that tampons HURTS! Is it like this for everyone or am I a freak?

It hurts for the first few times, but then it shouldn't hurt. After you get used to putting them in and wearing them, you should be fine.


Make sure you're putting them in right. That could be a definite reason for the pain you're experiencing.

Guess I really am a baby but I have to ask. So do they? Have you had one and what was your experience?

I've had quite a few blood tests, and honestly? They don't hurt. But if you THINK about it, it hurts A LOT more than if you just turn away and let them do their things.


Just turn away and think of something that makes you happy. It will be over before you know it :)

My relationship with my ex was incredibly stressful and destructive. We argued constantly and even though we loved and cared about each other, we couldn't make it work. We were together for about a year but split up at least twice during that period. Eventually, I ended the relationship. He claimed to be heartbroken and kept calling and texting me with angry and hurtful messages.

About a week later, it turned out he was seeing a girl I'd always been suspicious of. He is now having a relationship with her. Although he admitted he was still in love with me, he said he had moved on and refused to discuss it with me. Now he won't talk to me at all.

I know I broke up with him and he has every right to do what he wants but I can't help being hurt and upset. It feels like a betrayal. Although it could just be a rebound thing, it's like he's chosen the one girl he knew would hurt me the most. I can't help but think he didn't really love or care about me if he can move on that quickly. I assumed we had mutual respect for each other and after he tried so hard to guilt trip me and upset me when we split up, I'm surprised that he immediately got into a new relationship.

I want to just forget about it, but I can't stop thinking about the fact that he's with her. I've avoided going out because in case I bump into them and because the girl lives just round the corner from me, I'm scared I'll see her. My ex also goes to my college and is in one of my classes, so I can't avoid him. How can I forget about this? It's making me angry and upset and affecting everything in my life.

hi so i bought a red eared slider turtle from petsmart yesterday. He is really shy, and i don't know how to get him to be a little more active. Can someone give me some ideas?

My brother has 3 red eared sliders :)


He puts rocks in their tank for them to climb on. He put all sorts of different shapes and sizes, and I guess that helped to liven them up a bit.


Food does help, too. haha :)

Why does it REALLy bother me when guys call me babe or baby?? Like I don't really understand it. I'm okay with like "darling" or "dear" but when it comes to those they really just grind my nerves... can anyone explain this to me? Hahah, just wondering.

Everybody has their own preferences. Personally? I dislike being called "darling" or "dear", because it makes me feel like whoever is calling me by the name thinks I'm young or something.


I like "babe" and "baby", because they're cute and romantic and I like that. I'm a sucker for cheesy romance, though :P
