my family drives me crazy. my dad annoys the crap out of me. he woke me today by throwing a shoe at me. me and my mom are usually fine. my brother will NEVER stay out of my room. he is so annoying and he always hits me. im so sick of it. what should i do?

Plenty.

Begin typing in proper grammar with proper spelling as quickly as possible, otherwise the grammar police on the site with crucify you. Plus it makes you look more official.

Post in the Moderator Forums once you can become one. Create your own forum as quickly as possible and put a link in profile.

That's all I really feel like racking my brain for. Basically, just don't get banned more than 15 times, otherwise people begin to fall in love with your column.

ok so im 14/f and still TERRIFIED of the dark. every night when i go to sleep i imagine murderers breaking in and killing me. I don't watch scary movies anymore, just a few here and there. the old ones still come back to haunt me, i'll remember any scary thought when it's nighttime. the fact that my house is PITCH BLACK at night doesn't help at all either. i really really desperately need help, i'm scared to go to bed at night. i can't even get up to go pee because im scared the killer with "hear me". i want to use a nightlight, but i don't want my parents to think i'm a wuss, i mean i'm 14!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me find a way to be comfortable in my own house at night.

Buy a night light anyway. If you need an excuse to have one for your parents' sake, just say you need one in order to get up to go to the bathroom, because once you nicked your toe on your dresser or something.

I always like to act and dress up like a little kid sometimes (I'm 16!) and sometimes I have this urge to scream or shout I HAVE DOWN SYNDROME =] when I'm outside.

Second, kids see that the public and media is crucifying their idol for being pregnant. How would that make kids go, "Hey, my favorite actress is pregnant, I should get pregnant too!"?

Christ basically translates to Messiah, as in Jesus being the Messiah in the Christian faith.

Jesus Christ is grouped together so often that people mistake Christ as being part of his actual name, like his last name. Last names didn't really exist 2000 years ago because they weren't needed. That's why no one says Mary Christ or Joseph Christ; because that's not part of their name, it's a title associated with the Messiah, Son of God, The Anointed One, and all of those other glorified terms.

Okay, I have two questions. One is this one girl is soooo annoying me, spreading rumors and starting crap. I have tried my hardest to be nice to her, giving her Christmas cards, telling her that I like her accessories (I have to wear a uniform), and many other things. But she still doesn't like me, calling me a bitch behind my back and saying things that were not true. One day I just lost it, 'cause she was saying that I couldn't talk to my friend Crystal because she was her friend. So now, if I even see here, I wanna punch her. What should I do?

Second question is about the girl's boyfriend. I am the new girl at my school, and I was hearing that her boyfriend was saying that I am cute and that he liked me. This is probably where things went wrong with me and that girl. Because, I didn't know that she was dating him, and Crystal said that he does still like me. BUT, he has been saying that he doesn't like me and he doesn't treat me like he likes me, in fact, he treats me quite the opposite. He hits me, and says rude things to me. I don't who to believe. What should I do?
