An illegal instruction is when a program tries to access memory it's not supposed to. Usually it's memory that doesn't exist, sometimes it's memory that's reserved for another program. It's not really illegal, the police aren't coming :P .

You can tell from the low access number(0xc000001d) that it's trying to access memory that's reserved by the system. Probably drivers.

If this error is from a non-essential program that you just downloaded off the internet, uninstall the program and don't worry about it. Contact the author if you want, they will be able to fix it.

If this error occurs spontaneously or from Explorer, take it into a tech place. They will be able to fix it. If you are much more tech-savvy then you sound, I could walk you through this yourself. It is very complicated, I will not walk you through it unless you are intermediate level 3 on this scale:

If this error has anything to do with Windows Media Player, follow the instructions in AngelofMercy's link. Contact me if you need help with any of it.

Internet explore or an outside program attempted to make it do something it was not suppose to do.

I went to this website to further investigate your problem and I will suggest this site to you as well. I didn't understand a lot of it, because I was not the one executing the operation to get the error. I hope this helps.
