well i want to lose weight im doing other things but i want to swim to b/c i heard thats the best way to tone your body. well does anyone know how many calories you could burn swimming for 1 hour?

and if i just like walked around the pool for like 30 minutes as a warmup would that help me legs too because its putting resistance on them?

in an hour im not sure. so i cant help their but walking around in the water for an half an hour will def tightin your legs up within time but that isa good way. humm i dont know if swimming is actually the best way. i guess it all depends on different people.

I NEED YOUR ADVICE!! i am 13 and been wanting to pluck my eyebrows forever! and i secretly have. i have been plucking them with my fingers and sometimes using my moms tweezer. but i just dont know how to ask my mom if i can REALY pluck my eyebrows. and i am afriad she will ask me if i have been using her tweezer and i dont want her to get mad at me. if you pluck your eyebrows, i was just wondering what you asked your mom. i am pretty sure my mom will say yes but i want to know how to say it to her.

just go for it. your 13. your old enough. i member when i was 13 i went behind my moms back and got my eyebrows waxed and yeha she mad, but only because she wanted to go with me for my first time. it was totally insane cause i never knew she would ever let me until i was like 15 or something. but anywho just ask her. it would be better for you to ask then go behind her back and do it. and just to make sure u dont mess up have someone teach you before.

I met this guy in like beg of october last year at a campground ((family campground)) and we like have so much funn together and we like kissed and well i have been talking to him like online and over myspace ever since and in december he got a girlfriend, and this past weekend we both went camping again, ((he still has the same gf)) and well a few days before she went onto his myspace and was like 'back off he doesnt miss you' and all this shit, so once i got to the campground i tryed avoiding him but him and his friends approached me and my friend and you know he asked if we could like do stuff but keep it from his gf. and i was like yeah. so we like did, and he called me beautiful and told me he loved me more than his gf. and now i like cry everytime i even like think about him because i like him so much, and it scares me.
but i like almost never see him and i dont know how to get over him...
any suggestions?

So, last night (Around 1:30 in the morning?) my boyfriend and I had sex and whatnot. We used a condom and all, but it ripped. I don't know if he realized it at first, so I don't know if he got his sperm inside of me or not, but I'm reallllly paranoid. When you shave are you supposed to shave the upper part of your leg too? I never have because the hairs are so light you can notice...but are you supposed to?

some peopledont because when u get in an accident they use the upper part of your leg.. for instance if your face gets messed up.. that is why people dont cause they dont want the hair to grow back thick, so it is best just to leave it there. no one really sees up that high anyway!! well in some cases but it really all depends on what you feel is comfortable

Theres this girl i really like in my class when she found out i liked her she told her friends well im dating someone and she actually was and she told me this that she had a bf like 4 or 5 times and she wrote me a note saying i should repsect dat she already had a bf. HM. for healthy eating cut back on so many snacks.. pass the vending machine at school and try to drink water or gatorade. For lunch I eat tuna on the go, or bring a sandwich or salad. Try to eat healthy snacks like watermeln or grapes. MAKE SURE TO EAT BREAKFEST!

I wouldnt wear a cardigan with it. I dont like this type of shirt with a skirt because it is very flowy. I would wear jeans, capris or shorts with this. In a green, yelloy-orange, pink or white color.

I would try alot of different tanks and layer them... Like try wife beaters [white ribbed tanks from hollister] under a nice tank top like the ones they sell @ abercrombie & fitch or hollister or like the striped tunic on that website. Also you can pair that with jeans or skirts. The BEST jeans are at A&F. THey have a awesome fit. And the best jean skirts are at hollister. For long shorts I would go to a&f but hollister has some nice cargos. There are really cute long plaid shorts at a&f and short shorts and capris are at hollister. Like active capris. I would also get some ripped cuff capris from a&f in a light wash. They are SOOO cute....
keep in mind that gold, nautical [stripes in a big & bold sense, and anchors] are very in style. And Im also really liking the return of the classic black & white.
