hi ok i really want a thong i am 14 and i am in 9th grade. i asked mi mom if i could get i last year and she said no i wuz too young well i am a shy person at times now i wunt to ask her but im scared !!! help

haha well i dont think 14 is a young age to wear a thong. it is just less underwear. but yet alot of young people like yourself show off the fact that their wearing it, so maybe your mom thinks u just to young minded. just wait till you get older and im sure she will budge. who knows she may even buy your first one..
actually a good excuss is that you dont want to see a panti line in your jeans or something and she may give in too.. haha good luck

I'm 13, and I think your too young to have one, and I think they are uncomfortable. But you should really ask your mom before buying. If you really want one, tell her, and if she says no, just tell her you want one.

Ok, I am only 13 and i wear thongs so I'm assuming your mother is a little more strict. Heres the deal, what i did is i told my mom that i was a teenager and a thong would really come in handy for tight jeans or white bottoms of any kind. So your scared? Just wright her a note! Its way less stress and you can get your point across! So tell her WHY you want one and how it would help you in WHAT way! that should help. If not BEG! good luck!

well... what i would try doing is ... tellin your mom that the reason that u wanna wear thongs is so your underwear line doesnt show... cuz if you wear really tiight pants you can see the imprint of it through ur pants... so try that and say that its embarassing when people can see your line and stuff... try that...

Well maybe you can get one and just not tell your mom or maybe you can sit donw with your mom and talk it out with her about why you want one and stuff and maybe she will reconsider...!

Hey, I'm the same age and in the same grade. I haven't thought of getting a thong, but I can see why you would maybe want one. It sucks to see the panty line through your pants or a skirt. Quite embarrassing eh? lol. Just explain to your mom that you'd like a thong so that you won't have a panty line showing when you wear clothes. She's probably worried about you having one because there might be a boy involved. If there isn't one invovled, explain that to her. I'm sure she'll understand. If you want one just so you can be "cool", then let me assure you that you want one for the wrong reason. Mom always has the last say so we all gotta respect her. In time you'll get over it. We can't always get what we want (trust me, I know from experience =P). You'll get one when you're older...at least that's one comfort you can have in mind. Good luck!
PS don't go out and buy one without her permission. She WILL find out some way or another...you know moms, them and their SUPER MOM POWERS. lol. It'll definitely lose her trust. So just wait it out rather than taking action and disobeying her. Maybe if you go with the flow rather than going against your mom it'll show her that you're mature and responsible. That can gain you bonus points and a gift! lol.

Moms and thongs.I don't get why they are so against them.Thankfully mine isn't she just doesn't wear them herself.When you and your mom are out shopping go towards the lingire section. Pick up one you like and casually ask...."What about this one?"And if she says no.Go shopping with a friend.You can buy one then.The second option though I can't guarantee will keep you out of trouble though.

buy one for yourself..you dont have to tell your mom u have one..you have money now u can buy one there really cheap and theres cute ones at deb and rave and stuff..but if ur uncomfortable doing that write your mom a letter or somthing..or kiss ass and get one lol

Ohh i totally understand you. Well for most people 9th grade is high school so im going with the assumption your going into high school. Tell your mom your entering high school and your mature enough. Also calmly explain that you dont want to wear it for any old reason you like how it doesnt show under tighter clothes. I have the feeling she'll ease into the idea... thats what always works.

dont even ask her..just hide them..and if she ever finds them be like oh my friend asked me to hold them for her for a day so her mom wouldnt find them...or u could just simply say, mom i hate it that every SINGLE girl at school wears thongz except me, AND when i wear regular underwear, my underwear line shows thru my pants, PLEASE can i get like 3 thongz and that would be it??
