well i want to lose weight im doing other things but i want to swim to b/c i heard thats the best way to tone your body. well does anyone know how many calories you could burn swimming for 1 hour?

and if i just like walked around the pool for like 30 minutes as a warmup would that help me legs too because its putting resistance on them?

please help ill rate 5's

in an hour im not sure. so i cant help their but walking around in the water for an half an hour will def tightin your legs up within time but that isa good way. humm i dont know if swimming is actually the best way. i guess it all depends on different people.

You will burn about 270 - 500 in a hour. Depends on the rate you are moving at.
