I started plucking my eyebrows all on my own. My mom didn't have a problem with it at all. The only thing she told me was that I shouldn't use a razor to remove the unwanted eyebrow hair. I didn't ask her permission or anything to do this. You could always just do it and not talk to her about it, or you could just come right out and say what you need to say about it. Just tell her that you would like to start plucking your eyebrows and were wondering if it was alright with her. In my opinion, if you're old enough to be concerned with that aspect of your appearance, you're old enough to correct it on your own.

just go for it. your 13. your old enough. i member when i was 13 i went behind my moms back and got my eyebrows waxed and yeha she mad, but only because she wanted to go with me for my first time. it was totally insane cause i never knew she would ever let me until i was like 15 or something. but anywho just ask her. it would be better for you to ask then go behind her back and do it. and just to make sure u dont mess up have someone teach you before.

well if you think she'll say yes than just plain out ask her..."Mom, can i pluck my eye brows?"
lol
i HIGHLY doubt she'll ask you if you've been using her tweezers
and if she does just say yes, and that your sorry you didnt tell her

My mom brought it up. ^^

Just tell her you've been thinking about it, and what she thinks would look good. She'll probably feel flattered that you asked for her advice.

Well, 13 sounds old enough to pluck your eyebrows. I did the same that you did. I plucked mine without permission. My mom wasnt mad. I just explained to her that i was curious and i didnt know how to ask. When youdo ask though, say..."Mom, Am i the right age to start plucking my eyebrows? I dont want them to be thinner, but not too thin. Will you help me?" I'm sure she'll understand. A girl has got to be beautiful :]

Hope that helped.

actually- as well as wearing a bra, and shaving my legs and wearing makeup- my parents kind of brought up all those situations FOR me. most parents wont- but there is absoltely nothing to be scared of. honestly, i would suggest stopping at a beauty supply store, or walgreens, or sum store by you, and buying your own tweezers. theyre only like, a dollar- if and when she sees them- theres nothing she can really say- i mean, you just wanna look cute!- nothing wrong with that!- its the same reason she plucks hers!- just be sure to not pluck too many- a bad habit for beginners. dont worry about it too much- every momma's gotta let her baby grow up sometime! hope i helped.
