Alright, here's the deal. I need to shed off quite a few pounds, I have until the end of November to do it.

Now I know the best way to get rid of weight is to exercise. I work two jobs, I don't have the energy to really work out when I have to work and on if I do get a day off from one job or another I just want to relax. Occassionally I take a few walks or jogs around the block. It hasn't been often though lately.

As much as I'm on the go and doing something I have a very slow metabolism. It's hard to lose weight for me. Anyone know how to jumpstart it?

I am trying to watch what I eat as well. Are there any kinds of food that are great for burning off fat? Or any kind of liquids?

I know that diet pills are not healthy, but they seem to be 'quick' so if anyone has had an expierence with a diet pill that has worked please let me know.

So I need quick and easy diet tips for shedding the pounds. I will rate 5 for all answers.

Cut out soda. Cutting that out completely makes you lose weight pretty fast and safe.

I don't know about your school, but interuptions that prevent another child from learning are supposed to be dealt with by teachers. I'd say try telling them again, and if they don't do anything that time get your parents involved.

okayy so me and this guy andrew have been dating for about 3 months and we've done a lot and have gotten really into eachother.. so i thought but it was all summer and once we got back to school he stopped calling and stopped comming over and to me that isn't hard to come over we only live 2 houses down! so in school my friend jack started likin me and i sort of starting like him a little bit to but i still had a lot of feelings for andy. Technically you shouldn't go to hell as long as you're faithful to God. I'm not religious, but what religion you are that worships him shouldn't matter. Do some research, they both worship God, you can get bibles anywhere, Luthern is the religion that came from Catholism but didn't agree with all views, and yes masturbating is a sin.

Hey so I'm going to go get my lip periced on Nov. 26th and I was just wondering if it hurts when you get it periced and if theres like any tips to keeping it really clean or anything else I should know before getting it done. Thank You

Lip piercings are a bitch to get done. Theres a lot of flesh in your lip, so the needle has to pass through all of it. Then it'll be swollen for about two weeks. You have got to make sure you clean it as much as the piercer says (if you're getting done by a friend, I'd highly suggest a professional for stuff like this), usually twice a day. You'll also have to rotate it a bit everyday. Once you get through all that, you really don't have to do much. Make sure you wash it obviously, but I never had a problem with my lip piercing and I had it for about seven months.

My girlfriend and I have been split up for 3 wks. We went out 4 times this week and its almost like we're together again. She has a $250 digital camara and printer that she gave me for Christmas, she says they're hers. Last night we had a stupid fight in the car and I took the camara from the compartment next to the seat. She tried to snatch it from me, but I took it anyways. My mobile phone is being really stupid, taking days to recieve messages and if I send a message it'll be at least an hour before the relevant person gets it. It is about 4 years old now so I'm assuming it's just that it's old, but could there be any other reason why it's doing thing? Everything else is working fine on it atm.

Cell phones become obsolete within a couple months, so a four year old cell phone is probably an antique. This is probably the cause, unless you also happen to have a shitty service as well. Just get a new cell phone. It doesn't have to be top of the like with a camera, video camera, internet, mp3 player, coffee maker, light saber, and clock. Just an average flip phone is pretty cheap, and are usually given out free with activation.
