Need help losing weight fast! Alright, here's the deal. I need to shed off quite a few pounds, I have until the end of November to do it.
Now I know the best way to get rid of weight is to exercise. I work two jobs, I don't have the energy to really work out when I have to work and on if I do get a day off from one job or another I just want to relax. Occassionally I take a few walks or jogs around the block. It hasn't been often though lately.
As much as I'm on the go and doing something I have a very slow metabolism. It's hard to lose weight for me. Anyone know how to jumpstart it?
I am trying to watch what I eat as well. Are there any kinds of food that are great for burning off fat? Or any kind of liquids?
I know that diet pills are not healthy, but they seem to be 'quick' so if anyone has had an expierence with a diet pill that has worked please let me know.
So I need quick and easy diet tips for shedding the pounds. I will rate 5 for all answers.

Well if you want to lose weight I recommend only drinking water and milk for the next 2 weeks and excerise as much as you can and I promise that there will be a difference. ]
have you tryd eatin six small feeds a day instead of 3 or 4 big feeds they told me this at a jym .and tyr 4 mins of sit ups in the morning 4mins of push ups in the after noon all befor you go 2 bed. ]
umm dont skip meals cause then your body doesnt no the next time you are going to eat so it starts to store up fat. drink alot of water and dont eat befour you go to bed.

Hey. Protein, such as meat and eggs are quite a help. They make your matabalism go a bit faster. But, dont like, sit there and eat tons of meat lol, just regular perportions. Eat lots of veggies. Were do you work? If your sitting at a desk you could always bring in 5 pound weights and just sit there lifting your arm and stuff so that your muscle get to work! lol. When you get home, chill for a little while, and then do some crunches. Good Luck!

Water is the best way to flush out fat cells in your system. However, 2 gallons will most likely make you sick. Stick to one gallon. Eating only 3 meals a day with no snacks will only make you more prone to binging. Instead, eat 5 small, healthy meals every day. If you eat more frequent, small meals, you're much less likely to binge and you'll feel full longer. To lose weight, you use more calories than you take in. So do just that. If you don't exercise, don't eat as much. Only eat as much as you need to. Also, take the stairs, park far away and walk, and walk instead of drive when you can. It's amazing how much that alone will do.

Cut out soda. Cutting that out completely makes you lose weight pretty fast and safe. ]
Have you tried joining Weight Watchers? It's diet is the only diet proven to help you lose weight. It allows you to eat what you want, but less of it. It's a really good program and can probably help you lose the weight you need. There are meetings in most cities and towns, and you can probably find one near you.
If not, I suggest drinking water before meals, and lots of it. Water is zero calories, keeps you hydrated and makes you feel fuller than you are so you eat less. Also, snacking on carrots and celery is good because they are no calories and they fill you up. You can eat as many as you want without worry because they'll help you lose weight, not gain.
Other than that, try cutting chips and cokes out of your diet. Only drink water at dinner and the movies.

The best liquid for losing weight is water. Water helps you lose all of your water weight that may be in your system. Also only eating three times a day with no snacks in between helps to. I have been doing this for a 2 weeks and i am already looking thinner just by drinking water and exercising more calories than eating them. ]
