ok well i went out with this guy for almost 8 months and then we broke up and went out again but my parents really dont like him and everytime i wanted to do something with him i had to lie and i got sick of it so i dumped him. Now he keeps telling me im a pussy for not wanting to get in trouble, he says he can't be my friend either because he can't have friends that are pussys (come on how immature) and hes just being a really big dick about it! my question is should i just 4get about him or try to talk to him so we can at least stay friends? Alright, here's the deal. I need to shed off quite a few pounds, I have until the end of November to do it.
Now I know the best way to get rid of weight is to exercise. I work two jobs, I don't have the energy to really work out when I have to work and on if I do get a day off from one job or another I just want to relax. Occassionally I take a few walks or jogs around the block. It hasn't been often though lately.
As much as I'm on the go and doing something I have a very slow metabolism. It's hard to lose weight for me. Anyone know how to jumpstart it?
I am trying to watch what I eat as well. Are there any kinds of food that are great for burning off fat? Or any kind of liquids?
I know that diet pills are not healthy, but they seem to be 'quick' so if anyone has had an expierence with a diet pill that has worked please let me know.
So I need quick and easy diet tips for shedding the pounds. I will rate 5 for all answers.

Well if you want to lose weight I recommend only drinking water and milk for the next 2 weeks and excerise as much as you can and I promise that there will be a difference.

so i do about 50 cruches each night and in the morning when i wake up my stomach seems flatter but throughout the day it gets bigger again.. it gets so annyoing.. it still gets bigger even if i do 100 crunches each night.. whats wrong? (link)

Well your weight is always changing so don't be discourged. Just keep doing what your doing and every will work out ok.

this question may be a little weird, but, i just need to know as many possible showering ruitines as possible.
1)How often do you shower?
2)girls- when you shave, when do you? Because i find it kind of hard to shave with the water frmo the shower head running over my legs and the shaving cream being watered all off
3)when it comes to shampoo, conditioner, soap, shaving, etc, what do you do first..like in order?

3)First I use shampoo. Then I put the conditioner in and while it's in I shave my legs. Then when I'm done shaving I rinse out the conditioner. Then I wash my body.

I had this "so called friend" today. I was drinking my soda and she purposelly hit the bottle so it spilled. Everywhere. And she laughed. LAUGHED! And it was on my arm, shirt, jeans, chair, floor, and not to mention IN MY HAIR! what i do is every morning when I wake up i do 100 sit-ups and every night before bed I do 100 crunches and I have lost 7 pounds in one week.

Ok. I'm turning 14 and this year i want to have a really fun birthday party. My birthday is in the winter and so i couldn't do anything outside. I have a pretty large basement where the party would be. What are some good party ideas other than spin the bottle. Are there any kind of themes i could have and what are some decorations and food that i could get? I also have a pool table if that could do anything for the party. Well I say if it's winter then have a beach theme. It would be so much fun to have all of your friends in your basement in bathing suits when it's freezing out.

Ok Me and My boyfriend broke up yesterday due to he liked another girl! It broke my heart, I was mad, and I could have pinched his head off. But now he acts like he likes me AGAIN! Oh I know how you feel sometimes it does hurt. It's not you fault that just means the person who is fingering you is doing something wrong. IF it starts to hurt puss them away in a sexual way and do something else. Then later you can try it again.
