flatter stomach ok im 13, about 145 pounds and im 5'7"
im not fat but i want a flatter stomach
what can help to make my stomach flatter FAST!?

what i do is every morning when I wake up i do 100 sit-ups and every night before bed I do 100 crunches and I have lost 7 pounds in one week. ]
1) watch you weight
2) eat healthy
3) go running
4) do alot of sit-up ]
Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of crunches/sit ups! Eat healthier (limit carbs and sugars) and drink a lot of water! Water is really good for you (duh) and it helps to flush the fat out of your system. ]
I hear sit-ups and leg lifts are really good for making a flat stomach. ]
try flutter kicks. they worked for me when i was in basic. crunches too, try to alternate left to right.

Do about 40-60 crunches a night for a little while. Dont do much more or than you will be wasting your time by losing weight instead of trying to get a flater stomach.
