so i do about 50 cruches each night and in the morning when i wake up my stomach seems flatter but throughout the day it gets bigger again.. it gets so annyoing.. it still gets bigger even if i do 100 crunches each night.. whats wrong?

That's body fat, everyone has it and your body needs it to take you where you need to go throughout the day.
To me, it sounds like your stomach seems flatter to you in the mornings because your stomach is full. It is NORMAL for your stomach to seem slightly bigger when you eat.
Of course, if you continue to do crunches, your stomach will get tighter and more toned. It can't happen over night. If your not satisfied with your stomach right now, all you really have to do is continue to do stomach exercises. Stay healthy, eat healthy, don't over-exercise or under eat and you'll be fine.
pootietang answered Tuesday October 25 2005, 4:20 pm: you cant just think about how many crunches you do. you need to change your diet, too. try avoiding carbs, fats, and sweets for 2 weeks and see how you get.
ps-i read somewhere that to get great abs in like 2 months or less you need to do 3 sets of 10-30 crunches daily so if youre doing less than 10 per set try to increase it to at least 20. [ pootietang's advice column | Ask pootietang A Question ]
