if you have dry skin you shouldnt use face washers. just use dove soap. i use nutrium because it puts moisture back into your skin.
always use moisturizer with a sun block in it also.
i use eucerin because it's spf 30.
hope that helps!<3 ]
try oil of olay, its light but does the trick. you can buy it in big or small bottles. ]
There is face wash that has like sandpaper like stuff in it that scrubs away the dead skin and helps with dryness just go to your local grogeric store and look there

I had this problem as a teenager, and still do in the winter time.
I use baby oil. It really helps to keep your skin moisturized everywhere. When you use it on your face, you have to be careful so that it doesn't clog your pores.
Here's what I do:
Take a small bit on the palms of your hand.
Rub it in your hands.
Then, dab your hands over the dry areas of your face.
If it is too glisteny and greasy, then take a towel, and dab it over the greasy areas to take off some of the baby oil.
That's always worked good for me. ]
go to the docter if you cant do that maby use a diff. fash wash or loation on your face cause the one that you are using you might be allgeritc to. ]
LOTION!!
try one specially made for your face....
and exfoliate once a week with a special cleanser or a wet warm rag...
hope i helped
