my friend abby is in the tenth grade, and her older sister and boyfriend just commited suicide together on saturday(nov.5) and today..abby wasnt at school (no suprise) how long do you think it will be until abby comes back? abby is the kind of person that if she's really depressed she'll start cutting herself... how can i tell (besides the odvious cut scars)if she has?, what can i do to comfort her, (i only see her in latin, because i sit behind her, and she's a couple grades older than me, so i dont see her after school) i just dont want to make things worse for her. she's a really great person, but a little misunderstood by adults... HELP!!! any advice or help will get you a 5 cause i dont know what to do!

just, be there for her. thats all that matters. tell her that you care, and that you want her to feel better. and that you want her to be able to get over her pain and that she'll always have you as a support system

Does anyone know how to make your picture smaller? I tried this one program Adobe Photoshop and zoomed out of the pic then saved it. But it was back to the normal size. Please Help!!!

what i do with my pictures that i have on my kodak easyshare software, is.. i right click and click on.. open with..paint and go to paint.. click control w and usually do 50,50 twice or three times, which ever needed to get the picture small enough..

ok theres this boy who is my friend and we've been friends for a while and i found out that for a little while he liked me, like a few weeks. Now he doesnt and he likes this girl, alot, and they're going out and she doesnt like him at all. shes only going out with him for a joke. i would tell him the truth. tell him that you care about him and you think he's gonna get hurt by this girl and that shes not good enough for him, tell him that he deserves better than that. if//when they break up, just make sure you are there for him, cause you are his friend and thats what friends do.
it kinda sounds like you are a little jealous... maybe you dont want him as more than a friend, but you've been friends for so long you feel that he's kinda yours and you feel jealous that he's going with another girl.. thats whats happend to me before..
what ever you do, dont be blunt. because being too blunt might hurt him, and then he'd get dumped by her and feel even worse. you dont have to lie to him, just DONT be like.."the girls a bitch, she's just screwin with you as a joke so.. get with me". just be like, "i dont think shes could for you, because, i've heard that shes just going with you as a prank..so if i were you, just be careful ok?" that should work out pretty well.

ok i jus went to the bathroom and i whiped and there was very little blood and like 4 days before it was very itchy down here so could that be just a cut and i have like 2 pimples on my face hat showed up about 2 days ago and some people say you break out before you start your period so i was wondering if i am starting plz help i rate 5s

When I get period on my underwear, I try to rinse it out in the sink as soon as possible. My question is this-- should I use hot water to rinse it or cold? I've heard both opinios for the following reasons:

*You should use hot water because it will rinse it out better.
*You should use cold water because hot water will cause it to set and then it will be stained. So I guess my question is, is this true?

cold water!!! the colder the better. hot water will cause it to set and then stain.
