ya know, you are so lucky guys can pick you up. i wish someone would pick me up, but my head would hit the ceiling. (ouch!)
it also depends on your point of vizziew, because sometimes when i look down at my stomach instead of looking in a mirror straight at the proportions of my body, i feel really fat. (if this makes sense)

This depends on body structure like, big bone, little bone. If you feel that you look fat you might want to start a light workout program. This could be anything from walking three times a week or maybe riding your bike. You could join the Y; they have all kinds of programs like body-sculpting and aerobics classes that could help streamline you. Muscle weighs more than fat, so, you could end up weighing more but looking like you’re a lot skinnier. Limit fatty foods. Stop eating white bread and opt for whole wheat bread. Don’t drink those sugary sodas choose fruit juices or water instead. You should be drinking water in the amount of 50-66% of your body weight in ounces a day anyway. Add more fresh raw fruits and vegetables to your diet. Cut down on eating beef. Not only is it not healthy because of the hormones, steroids and antibiotics that they put in it, but it’s fat content is bad for your heart. If you start practicing good habits in eating and exercise now you will not have the problems that a lot of older people experience with weight gain and aging.
