Lip pericing
Hey so I'm going to go get my lip periced on Nov. 26th and I was just wondering if it hurts when you get it periced and if theres like any tips to keeping it really clean or anything else I should know before getting it done. Thank You

Lip piercings are a bitch to get done. Theres a lot of flesh in your lip, so the needle has to pass through all of it. Then it'll be swollen for about two weeks. You have got to make sure you clean it as much as the piercer says (if you're getting done by a friend, I'd highly suggest a professional for stuff like this), usually twice a day. You'll also have to rotate it a bit everyday. Once you get through all that, you really don't have to do much. Make sure you wash it obviously, but I never had a problem with my lip piercing and I had it for about seven months.

My friend got hers done and she said it didn't hurt but it all depends on how much pain you can take. When you go and get it done after they do it then will explain to you what you have to do to keep it clean and what not to do.
