So, I'm not going to give you ANY ways to lose 8 pounds, because you don't need to lose it. If I did, I'd be assisting you, in essence, in becoming anorexic.
But seriously, you do not to lose a damn pound. You are thin enough as it is. There is no need to look like Paris Hilton. I'm expecting her to be in a hospital in a year, she's so god damn skinny.
According to this online BMI (body mass index) calculator: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) , you rank an 18.5. Which is RIGHT on the border line to becoming underweight. In order to fall under the normal range, you need to be between an 18.5 and 24.9..
Now, if you were to lose the 8 pounds, you would be a 17.2, which is dangerously underweight.

If you want to lose the weight, just try to avoid any junk that would be useless for your body. get yourself involved in a sport at school or at home go run around the block a few times every day.
btw - if you lose then gain then lose then gain its probably not actual fat that you are losing and gaining, its the level of water in your body so stay hydrated! I learned this in science class =] haha xO [ x0xPREPx0x's advice column | Ask x0xPREPx0x A Question ]
