sillyrob answered Sunday October 23 2005, 3:54 pm: It means your sister...
...what do you think. He's probably trying to show he likes you, without just saying, "I like you," but also without saying, "I love you." [ sillyrob's advice column | Ask sillyrob A Question ]
FeRfEr_bAbE answered Sunday October 23 2005, 3:35 pm: Ya just means like you. Some people say ya and they still mean you but that doesn't mean that they are just afraid to say you. This is just what I think, but you never know. Maybe you should ask him, but if you don't want to that's okay. If you need anymore help just IM me or ask for more advice. Hoped it helped you out at least a little bit. =D [ FeRfEr_bAbE's advice column | Ask FeRfEr_bAbE A Question ]
LoveNJstyle answered Sunday October 23 2005, 3:32 pm: its chatspeak...no one really knows. from my experience, its the same as "you" but it sounds cooler. like more casual. dont think too much about it. i think you put more thought into it than he did! bottom line: he likes ya. (haha YOU) <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
MrsStevenMarkJones answered Sunday October 23 2005, 3:31 pm: he said "love ya too", thats a cutesy way of saying i love you. i know that it is kinda weird, but many couples and people wont say "i love you" but they will say "love ya" cuz it is faster and cuter. don't worry and i think you may go a bit fast with him, but that is not realyl my place to get involved
helpful_jess answered Sunday October 23 2005, 3:15 pm: im not going to say that he does love you or he doesnt because you have only been going out for 2 weeks so maybe he doesnt even no he loves you or maybe he thinks he does but really dont i dont know but just because he rights ya in a txt doesnt mean he loves you less or loves you more its just short txting sayin ya mean you okay dont get worried but dont jump into the relationship to fast ok [ helpful_jess's advice column | Ask helpful_jess A Question ]
X_Amanda_X answered Sunday October 23 2005, 2:36 pm: What the heck are you worrying about?! Some people are just too lazy to type "you" so they type "ya" You are panicking over nothing.
iSpEaKsPaNiSh answered Sunday October 23 2005, 2:35 pm: you were texting so its supposed to be a quick little thing. think about it..to get a y you have to hit the button 3 times..to get an o you have to hit it 3 times..and to get a u you h ave to hit it twice..while doing an a you only have to hit it once..it could be jsut for the sake of typing faster.
people also just say things differently..do you say "see ya!" or "see you!"?
another thing to take into consideration: saying i love you after 2 weeks is very, very soon. you shouldnt expect him to be very sincere about it now..saying "ya" might be his way of making it sound more casual.
try not to overanalyze it. he's going out with you..so he most likely likes you..or else why would he be with you? dating is all in fun and if it gets serious with him, fine...but it's only been two weeks..so don't sweat it. [ iSpEaKsPaNiSh's advice column | Ask iSpEaKsPaNiSh A Question ]
