If you don't know what you want then I doubt that complete strangers will either. Think of your hobbies and what you like to do. Do you like to listen to music? Then ask for CDs or a CD player. Do you play an instrument? Do you need a new one? Do you like art? Then ask for paints, pencils, an art set etc. Is there anything in particular that you want/need? A new walkman, clothes, books, posters, computer games, make-up etc. Just think of all your hobbies and interests and things that you want that are to do with them.

Well, there is a small chance that she may be pregnant but it isn't that likely. Just have her take a pregnancy test and take it from there. It's the only way to put your mind at rest.

Well about six weeks ago I got two more piercings on one ear and one more on the other and I could swim with them in fine. You might want to wear plasters over them in the pool but you don't have to, they'll be fine.

Yeah, it's pretty common. It's probably because the tampons you are too large (meaning that the aborbancy is too high for your flow). Try switching to a lower aborbancy. If you still have the same problem then try to change them less. It may just be that you are changing them too often which means that they aren't ready to come out as they are too dry. This will cause you pain. Try leaving them in for an extra hour or so. If that still doesn't help then maybe you should make an appointment with your doctor to check that there isn't anything wrong.

Calm down, There's no need to be scared.
The actual period itself isn't what hurts, it's just the stuff that comes with it. Some girls get stomach cramps around the time of their period. These can be severe but it's rare and there are plenty of things you can do to stop them hurting. If you get them then just take a pain killer, drink a soothing drink like hot chocolate, take a warm bath and put a hot water bottle or heat cushion over where it hurts. If you can't do any of those things then try some gentle stretching or excercise, it does help.
Most girls find tampons a bit scary at first, but once you get used to them you'll wonder why you were ever worried. The string of a tampon is sewn in right from the top and is very hard to come off. Try taking one apart, you'll see that it's quite difficult. If the string does come off for some reason then it's nothing to worry about, just relax and gently take it out with clean fingers.

If she's already pregnant then you can't make her 'not pregnant'. If she has taken emergency contraception then she should be okay but if she hasn't then it's probably too late now. First off, well done for at least thinking about getting help. That's a really good start.
It would definitely help if you spoke to someone. If you feel that you can't talk to your parents for some reason or another then start off by confiding in a close friend. You will feel better once you share your problem with someone and at least then you wont be alone. Hopefully this friend will support you in telling a school councillor, teacher or any other trusted adult who will help you to quit cutting.
