lately i cant wait to grow up. like i cant wait to get my period, i cant wait to become a teenager, i cant wait to go to colledge, i cant wait to get married, i cant wait to have kids, i cant wait to drive, like all of that stuff! does this mean anything?

It means you are excited about growing up! So just be pacient, those things will happen for you! If it happened all now, you would have nothing to look foward to. Enjoy life each day as it comes. And don't be so anxious to grow up, all the things you want hold a lot of responsiblility. When your older, you'll wish you were still young with less responibilty and stress.

Love is a pretty strong word. Do you feel complete when you are with him, can you imagine life with out him? Do you want to spend the rest of you life with him? That's love. Why do you want to be with this guy so much? If it is that importaint to you talk to the guy about your feelings. But make sure you know what you want before ruining your friendship with you best friend for a guy. Is he really worth it?

O.K i think i might still love my x boyfriend but one of my best friends is his girlfriend! whenever i get bak together with him she always ends up taking him away from me! they have been going on and off for like 7 months and i cant take it anymore. i mean i flirt with him sometimes but i dont think he notices. i feel that his girlfriend is like just completly better than me and i hate it!!!!! sometimes i just really hate her but then at other times she is just the sweetest thing. i wanna get bak together with my x, but that would mean breaking my best friend and the boy of her dreams up! What kind of best friend would you be if you stole her guy? Women don't do that to their friends. You should find a guy that is intrested in you. You even said you don't think he notices you. Don't ruin a good friendship for a guy that may not even want to be with you.

I am 19 and i have a boyfriend. Im thinking of going on the pill. BUT I want to find out the side effects. Does anyone know of any? Ive tried searching on the net but I didnt really get anywhere.

Weight gain, everyone I know has gained a least a pant size that is on the pill. Including me, I gained 15 pounds and I am still trying to loose the weight.

First talk to her as a friend. Tell her you know what she is doing and you are worried about her, and that anorexia is a serious disease. And let her know that if she doesn't get some help herself, that you will have to tell her secret to the people that can, like her parents or a school counsler only because you care.

hi guys. i have this white gooey discharge stuff and i had it for maybe 1 to 2 years but now its getting kinda heavier. sometimes i have really bad cramps... but i know i dont have my period because i never had any blood down there. does this mean i am going to have my period soon?

It is common for women to have some discharge, so don't let that worry you. But it would help to know how old you are for the period question. I think you should talk to your mother about it.

You said you were 12, if so, then yes, you should be expecting you period soon. And it can be quite irregular in the begining, so don't worry if you have it one month, and not the next month. Midol would be a good cure for your cramps.

I think this a poor place to be doing research for your report. Try going to your local library and reading a book. I am sure your teacher would agree.

Why are your friends forcing you into sex? It is a personal thing, and a personal choice. Don't do something you are not comfortable with. What do you have to prove to your friends by having sex? Save yourself for that special someone, you will be happy that you did. And you won't find that special guy in 8th grade. Relationships this young don't last, and have little meaning. Please wait, you and your friends are far to young.

I don't think there is a section for puberty, but there should be.

Anyhow, I have a hurty pimple thing in my NOSE. Gross, yes. Hurty, yes. It's like pea-sized and it hurts alot. It's right on the opening of my nostril. At first I thought it was a tumor but thats very unlikely. I went to pop it and only a little bit of zitty stuff came out, even though it's huge. (Ewwy...)

Any remedies or comments?

I don't know about others, but I was always for poping zits. Put a hot wash cloth on it to soften it up. If if has a white top, then it is ready to pop. Just make sure you sqweez it until all the pus is out, and just starts to bleed. If the blood is kinda watery, keep squeezing until it is red. That zit shouldn't be comming back!

Do you realize that when women have a baby, it comes out of the womens vagina. (I know, ouch!) If a baby's head can fit, a penis will have no problem!

Drench, and I mean drench in Oxiclean and then lots of Freebreez! Hopefuly that will work. Cat urine though is one of the hardest stains to remove and will never be completely gone.

First I want to say that communication is key to any relationship, and sending an email to your boyfriend to disscuss your problems is a terrible idea. You don't sound very happy in the relationship anyway. He is controling and ignores you – that doesn't sound great to me.

I am going to assume you are in highschool or so. Don't lock yourself into a relationship just so you can say you have a boyfriend, especially one that you are not thrilled with. Go out with other guys and find out what different relationships can be like. You can find a guy that will treat you better than your current boyfriend!

Just tell him the truth. Tell him you are flattered that he likes you, but you just do not have the same feelings for him. He is going to feel hurt no matter how nice you put it, he is being rejected. That hurts anybodys feelings. But don't feel too bad, thats just life and we move on.

If you are not satisfied with the relationship you are in, maybe you should end it. It is unfair to both him and you if you are cheating on him. I can understand you are sexually frustrated, but are you willing to give up the relationship you are in for sex? Only you can answer that question.

Listen I'm 14 years old and I am above the 9th grade level in my reading and writing but i'm home schooled and so I have tought myself pretty much everything that I know. (I posted a question about not having an education on here before) Well I really want to be a Pastry Chef. (Yes there is a difference between a Pastry chef and a Chef.) But I'm not sure what kind of grades I need to get into a Culinary School. I know that my reading and writing really doesn't count but I don't know what kind of grades I need. Like do i need to have more than just good grades to be a pastry chef? I really love baking and baking anything that is like for dessert or sweets. Get the idea. I am really good at it too. I want to go to college to become a Pastry Chef and then get my own business and sell desserts/sweets. I want to call it "lil' bare's Pastry's"

So really any advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are a pretty hard worker, so I wouldn't worry about not being accepted to a culinary school. Your grades don't have to be perfect. You just need a passion for cooking, which it sounds like you have. Be creative, come up with your own recipies, and make a portfolio. That is what they are looking for, and would expect from you. Your still young, so don't stess about college too much yet, you still have a few years to research your options. Good luck future Pastry Chef!

Catholic, 'not' a Christian? Sorry, but I think that could've been worded a little better, it kinda implies you aren't Christian, but I digress, that doesn't matter. See, if every one else on this column does, you still have no right. I've seen the answers you've given people, and I'm pretty sure you're suposed to give advice. Maybe you should think about yelling at the other columnists, I know I'm off to. Sayonara, may our paths not cross again. And why can't you people use a freakin' period at the very least? See, .? I was reading some of your feedback and wow! You certainly have a lot of anger for a religous person. Maybe you should follow an example that most religions practice, forgive, and forget. And don't go around judging other people, leave that to God.
