okay...so i want to do the lottery& im 14...& my 'parents said theyll get me a ticket..but everytime..we get a chance..they say no....i want to do it cause ive never done it before..and my real mom use to do it all the time...also sometimes ill guess the numbers for next day..& im right about the numbers most the time..twice i guessed the mega millions lottery correctly..and alot of times i guessed the cash 3 right i just started with this checking thing..so im a really good guesser,..also im great with numbers..when i first learned how to count..i learned all by myself..it came to me because i found a pattern..and thats how i figure out the next days lottery..its kind of weird..but i really want to try it for real..and win alot of money...so how can i 'really' convence my mom to get a ticket...or should i try to get sumone to buy me one??? i dont know..please help!!!!!

The tickets themselves suggest you get a person over 18 to "play the numbers for you." On another note, you could always tell me the numbers if you cant get the ticket ;).
I would right the numbers down and let your mom see that you would have won alot if she let you play and constintally say "see, I would have won". After a while, she will probably cave in and buy.

i work with this guy and He came back today. he was on vacation all summer in florida. I have had a thing for him since i started working there in august. He is 8 years older then me & he has a girlfriend But when we work together he flirts i guess you can call it. Like if im standing down one of the isles he'll throw something at me to get my attention just to laugh at me. We have a squirt bottle of water & he'll go up behind me and squirt me with it. He'll grab my side. Or if there are no customers in the store he lifts his shirt up & says noone you know can compete with this.or something like that lol.
Its just a bunch of random things he does. And that all happened tonight.
Is this flirting? Is he leading me on? Im not going to tell him to stop doing this stuff because i love the attention. I just dont want to fall for him.

ok my friend.. is soo amazing... she is absolutely beautiful... infact all the guys say she is the prettiest/ hottest.. out of our school (we have a very big school)... she is 16.. and she is soo freaking awsome at sports she has lettered varsity for both tennis and track and was like number 1 on both.. like got all the track girl awards and went to state 4a both years in track and is just pure amazing.. she also has a 4.0 and im pretty sure she is teh smartest in our class... she also is soo incredably nice, and funny, like she is soo much fun to hang out w/, and soo crazy, but in a good way... like she is real not one of those fake girls... and she treats her boyfriends soo good but they always end up treating her like shit... i dont think she picks bad ones but somehow they never treat her good.... she deserves the best and i dont know what to do... like the theme song to her life would be lucky by britney spears... i just dont understand y guys arent better to her (link)

The problem is your friend is 16. Very few guys want a relationship at age 16. She has to just keep looking for the right guy. Look for the unlikely guys too. Like the nerds and geeks (people like me). She probably wont find the right guy until she is much older, but she sounds like she will find the right guy. Make sure she doesnt settle for someone who doesnt deserve her cause that will end with much unhappyness.

& thats what they alwayyss talk about. either what boy likes him, which girl is a loser, & how rich they are. & like, i wanted to get out of there group really bad, me & my other friend. & like one other girl. like, the only one they dont talk behind anyones back, is me. they think i'm there leader. & supposly, one of thee other schools,everyone knows who i am, & this one girl said, that like.. i rule there school? i dont even flippin go there. so before, when we were new to the click, we could get out easily.. but now i dont know how, without them completely destroying our lives.

I'll start by describing myself as I have been described by people:
I write amazing songs on guitar. I'm the best actor in my high school's theater company. According to many I'm the smartest kid they know. According to a similar number I'm extremely attractive. They claim that I'm also one of the nicest, easiest-going and can hold stupid and intellectual conversations with anyone equally well.
Okay. I'm not an egotistical selfless son of a bitch. These are things people have said to me. Here's something that bothers me: I have never had a girlfriend. I've never even been on a real date. Ever. I came close a few times, but then one girl decided to tell me yes when she really meant she didn't like me that way, and then another got as far as telling me what to tell her dad when I came to pick her up, but then changes her mind an hour later, because. No real specific reason, end of two or three weeks of getting to know eachother and whatever.
I keep trying. I generally don't like to approach girls like that unless I make eye contact and float a smile across once or twice and have one returned. Everyone else says that works, and then you go talk to them. I can't even make eye contact.
So, am I just an unlikely kid who should shut up and stop bitching and moaning, or is there some insight anyone might have here? I'm inclined to believe the first one, really. (link)

I need help on a guy, let's name him Bill. So Bill and I flirted for a while and it soon became a what you could call friends-with-benefits relationship (while he had a girlfriend) . After a while I told him that I really did like him, he stopped talking to me and cut off our friendship. (Apparently he didn't feel the same and I was just another girl to flirt with.) I ended up telling him i was really hurt and sent him a long paragraph telling him how i felt. he sent it to his girlfriend and she blew up at me. Let's name her Sue. Me and Sue are friends now and so are me and Bill. Bill and I are going to the same high school while Sue is not. I want to have a relationship with Bill during high school but I'm not sure if he'll still be too attracted to Sue to even consider me or if they'll still stay together. This is really long... when people answer other people's questions with: go ask the doctor, isn't that kind of redundant? who goes all the way to the doctor's office to ask one little question anyway? what do they mean? just ask the doctor over the phone? what if your doctor is actually a pediatrician and might think you're a hypochondriac? i have tons of questions to ask my "doctor." i can't go ask every single time. write down the questions and ask the doctor the next time you visit for something semi-more important? well, because over the internet we cannot judge sevarity of things; most people should be able to judge it for themselves. If they cannot, then they should go to webmd.com and look around to see if they can find any information out before posting general statements on here. And most of the time, they should go ask a doctor cause we arent not doctors and some of us may not know what we are talking about.

I have a major problem hangin on to guys. Thy either cheat on me or dump me and say you'll get over it. Every relationship i've been in is like this. I don't have a bf now because i'm scared it's gonna end up bad. All my friends tell me i'm full of life, have a great personality, and am really pretty. There is many reasons:
A) You sound young and at a young age there are very few real relationships. So if you are young then you will probably have this same problem until your older.
B) Your going after the wrong guy and for the wrong reasons. Go for a smart and intelligent guy that you like personality wise as well as physically. Try to go for nerds and geeks and so called losers. Most of the time they will actually care for you. You have to find a guy who cares for you.
Its going to take time and many failed relationships. Dont worry, its not you. In a sea of millions, there is one who is right for you so you need to keep trying until you find that one.

I've never drank, smoked, or done drugs.
I feel like a loser, ALL my friends do stuff like this, cause in my town, everyone just does. I don't want to risk getting in trouble so I don't. I don't cuss, do sexual things other then making out, and I'm afraid to do crazy things with my friends. I won't sneak out with them, or like steal road signs. I just feel retarded and immature around all of them, everyone treats me like a baby, I've even been threatened a few times for being too "good." What should I do? Let me set the record straight. Us guys rarely ever look people in the face. Especially when we are talking to people, we rarely look at their face. We can carry on conversations with people w/o ever looking at them. If it appears that we are looking at someone's face then chances are we are staring behind them. Your butt or chest are just nicer to look at then just staring into space but we are not always looking at them. Falsely accusing isnt good either cause then we just do it for the sake of doing it at that point.
There is really no way to stop it.

hahaha, give em all the middle finger and run streaking through the hallways.... just kinding. Ask your friends why they told. Tell them its hurtful and embarrased you. Talk to them about it. Be open to people. Dont deny it, just live with it. I'm sure not everyone hates you. Go be friends with the so called nerds geeks and losers, we usually accept everyone and anyone. Dont be ashamed. Be open. Talk to your friends and possibly make new ones.

I'm 17/f. I'm about 5'11". I've never been kissed, been on a date or had a boyfriend. Not to sound arrogant or anything but I am pretty. I have a great personality. I feel like I'm the only girl my age who hasn't been kissed, etc. I'm afraid I won't experience anything till college. Kinda like Felicity (old t.v. show). Go to the movies or beach with your friends. Play a game where you see how many guys you can kiss in one night. Go around to as many guys as you see and talk to them and try to get a kiss. Viola you've been kissed. Next, just make yourself available to guys. Go out with mixed parties and what not.

As far as I know, there isnt really anyway to stop. Just be yourself and take life as you want to. Signals dont matter too much, its all about communication. If you make it clear you dont like someone like that than you dont really have anything to worry about. Just keep doing what your doing.

ok, my like best friend, has told me weird things ever since we were in like 5th or 6th grade. Like about God. & she told me yesterday, that god told her to like walk through a closet & she would go to heaven. & she thought she saw a white sparkly light. & then she thought yesterday, late at night, she saw a red lightt. & like she thought shes seen like jesus before & stuff.. so my question is, is she like pyscho? or is she really seeing this stuff? like, it was just weird. & like her mom, takes sleeping pills to fall asleep, her dad is like weird.. he takes pills for everything. he tells her that shes fat, when she probaly only weighs like 90 pounds & shes 13. & like he just puts alot of pressure on his kids..
