I would right the numbers down and let your mom see that you would have won alot if she let you play and constintally say "see, I would have won". After a while, she will probably cave in and buy. [ eternitysofbliss's advice column | Ask eternitysofbliss A Question ]
orphans answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 10:54 pm: Pick your numbers and give them to anyone you know that buys lottery tickets to use. If your numbers are right then they can split the money with you. Otherwise you're going to have to wait until you're 18. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
karenR answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 10:39 pm: Lottery is considered gambling and it is illegal for anyone to sell a person under 18 a ticket. The store would face a very large fine if they did. Plus, if you win you don't get paid.
So, since advising you would be encouraging an illegal act, we can't do it. :)
***EDIT
I suppose you could give your mom the numbers.
Thats up to her. So long as she is the one buying the ticket 'for herself' that is probably OK. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
