i am an indian and from bengal.please supply one meal chart as daily menu so that my wife can have necessary calcium out of that as she is carrying for 20 weeks i.e. in her 2nd trimester.

You'd be better off asking a doctor about that. Most people on this site are teenagers and have no idea. Also try googling "daily calcium intake for a pregnant woman" and see what you find.

i'm only 15, and i really would like a job. i've applied to two different grocery stores and i haven't gotten called back yet. i live in new york. does anybody know where i can work at only 15? i'm not really into a babysitting job, babysittings alright occasionaly.

I also recently applied to a grocery store, you need to follow up on it. Call them, tell them you applied and ask if they currently have any openings. It's not a good idea to sit around and wait for them to call you...

Otherwise go to your school counselor's office or career center if you have one, and apply for a work permit.

Alright, I need to write an essay, and here's the prompt:

Write two or three news articles covering diffrent key events in the play, such as the assassination of Caesar, or the defeat of Brutus. Explain the causes of the events you chose in your reports.

well, I need some Ideas for key events, and hopefully not the Two given example. I also dont get the whole, explain the causes part, it needs to be like a page, is there any tips to just kinda pump up the essay and expand?

I have been married for 8 years & for certain reasons have fallen out of love with my husband. Sometimes I even hate him. This is been going on for a while now. He knows I don't love him anymore & I want a divorce. The problem is he is threatening suicide & begging & pleading with me to stay & claims he can't live without me! This is driving me even more crazy. How can I make a clean break like this? How do I go about getting out when he is acting this way? Any words of advice would be a big help. Thanks.

My dad did the same thing, he is just trying to manipulate you, I can almost guarantee he won't commit suicide. Ignore him completely. Get Caller ID or a new phone number, change your email address and locks (if you don't live together), make it so he has no way to contact you. Get a good lawyer (ask friends for recommendations) so that you don't have to deal with him yourself, it's really worth it.

Finally, call him and tell him you are filing for divorce, it will be much easier over the phone. If neccessary hang up after saying it, don't let him manipulate you. One of you will need to move out, do whatever you need to do. Get a restraining order if neccessary.

I would also recommend counseling, living with someone like that for 8 years can really mess you up. You probably won't be able to make a complete clean break but things will get better over time.

This morning my mom was cranky and kept snapping at me to the point we had a a tiff. During the course of the fight she said; I know you ask questions about weight and other things on the computer, these people are not experts, I see what you do; (But she really does not see because I log out when she comes near my computer) And of course she and I went back and forth saying nasty things to one another. (But I like asking and getting advice on Advicenators and other websites like Advicenators and the advice makes me feel better.) SO MY QUESTION: If you were me (or even it happened to you) and someone criticizes the people that you get advice from online how would you handle it? I mean would you ignore, defend it or other (and tell me what the other is)

Honestly, she's probably been thinking that for a while. During fights people tend to release things that they've bottled up.

And she's right, really. The majority of people on here are teenagers who don't know very much. I don't know of anyone on this website that's a doctor or psychologist.

I would just ignore it.

The United States is actually a republic with democratic ideals, not a democracy.

It's "Native American" or "American Indian" not both, but they are allowed to vote. Everyone who is a citizen can.

I get so scared when I babysit this kid named Tommy. Whenever I go over there, this person always calls saying, "Nice outfit," or "Is Tommy asleep yet?" I have told the parents, and asked them if anyone has called like that but they think I am joking. Assist please!

Tell the parents in a serious tone of voice. If they still think you're joking, STOP babysitting for them because something fishy's going on.

Another thing to consider...have you told anyone what you are doing? Have you told a friend or sibling "I'm babysitting for Tommy tonight?" If yes, they could be the culprit- it's fairly easy to get someone's number.

If it happens, CALL THE POLICE. Seriously. This person could be playing a prank, or they could really want to hurt/rape you. Either way, they deserve to be punished.

There is someone in my house. The phoneline is dead and I am typing very carefully so he doensnt hear me. I don't know what to do my heart is beating out of my chest. I'm on the third floor, i don't recognize the car outside and there's a huge racket downstairs. HELP

Just for future reference, it usually takes a few hours for questions to get processed through advicenators, so urgent questions aren't so good.

If that ever happens again (not likely), hide somewhere, like behind the lowest row of clothes in a walk-in closet. If you hear the person coming upstairs and you don't have time to hide, get in a bed and pretend you're asleep so they won't think you're a witness- it increases your survival chances.
For the future, I recommend buying a prepaid cell phone- there's no monthly fee, just one flat rate for a certain amount of minutes. When home alone, carry it around with you.

Did Kathy want to buy the cellulite cream. Later on Kathy met her friends who said they were going to take a swim. Kathy said I did not bring a bathing suit and her friend of hers said that she could loan Kathy one, however, it is a size 10 and it would be too big for Kathy. That is when Kathy told them what the masseuse said to her about the cellulite cream. All of her friends said that this masseuse is a sales person and all the masseuse was trying to do was unload her goods (in this case the cellulite cream). MY QUESTION: Do you agree with Kathy’s friends that all the masseuse was trying to do was unload her goods?

Yes, i'm sure the masseuse offers it to everyone. Most women are insecure about things like cellulite and so the masseuse was trying to play on that insecurity.

That's a fake email, I used to get those even before I had a myspace account.

If you were hacked, the myspace admin wouldn't know it- there are millions of users on the site and they don't generally keep track of individuals.

First of all, I fully agree with lbwhite89. Clothes sizes vary widely anyway- I have Calvin Klein jeans that are a size 6 and cheap jeans from Kohl's that are size 11.

Lucys friends are right. Patsy didn't say "You are a size 10", she was pretty sure that Lucy was an 8, just making sure. No hidden meaning there, Patsy was just asking an innocent question.

i submitted this question once already but it like didn't go through so i fixed it up a bit..

alright well..

one of my friends has very strict parents. so they were looking at her search history and found her myspace. they also found mine.

i'm not aloud to have a myspace. my parents made it very clear that if i had one, i'd be in deep trouble. i wouldnt be allowed on the computer for a long time and when i am allowed to my parents would watch my every move. so on AIM, i cant talk to anyone about private stuff.

i deleted my account already but i dont know what to do. my friends dad said hes going to tell my parents. her dad is going to say he saw it a few days ago so there's no hiding that i actually did have one.

i really don't know what to do. i don't want to get in trouble and loose my computer rights. last resort would be to come clean but i don't want to have to do that. i need to get out of this situation. i really need help, and FAST!! please, does anyone have any advice?

You have a few options.

The first is to lie. I don't recommend it because they will catch you, I guarantee it. And they're more likely to take your friends dads word over yours.

The second is to be honest. Again, not a great idea as you will probably be banned from the computer for a very very long time.

The third is to create another myspace or change it if you still have access. Put "Anywhere, USA" or something equivalent for your town, remove yourself from your schools group or any group having to do with where you live. Read your comments and make sure they're okay. Make sure all of your pics are appropriate- no miniskirts or cropped tops (my mom freaked out because I had a short dress on in a picture). Since your parents don't seem very computer-savvy, creating a "safe" profile should soothe their worries. If you think they will believe it, tell them that you created it before you were banned from myspace and that you haven't really been on since. Make sure you know all your Friends- temporarily delete all bands and people you don't know.

Honestly, don't lie. I tried and got caught. Don't do it, seriously.

In my experience, yes. Guys like long legs, and they don't generally have a height preference.

To look shorter, try wearing a longer shirt or tunic with jeans, with a short, cropped, boxy jacket on top.
