How about making your own? Find a really cool, funky picture that you like, and recreate it using your colours. Something simple, of course.

That way you're guaranteed to have a unique picture, and it costs a lot less than buying one.

All you'll need is a canvas, paints and paintbrushes.

You can usually get pictures like that at Wal*Mart or Pier 1.

AC Moore and Michaels. Or whatever craft/hobby stores are in your area. You can get framed or unframed art at a low price.

Also, for something a little more unique and less manufactured/modern/cheap-looking, browse through consignment shops, yard sales, and estate sales. You'll have to be patient, but you'll soon find a piece that really speaks to you. Plus, it'll be unique and have a history - AND it will likely come with a nice frame (less work and money for you!)
