You need to keep this in perspective. I'm guessing you're about 14 or 15 - 16 at the most, in which case you have to remember that it's incredibly unlikely that Joe or this other guy is the love of your life. You probably won't end up living together with two kids and a mortgage because at the end of the day, it's just a teen romance. At the end of the day, it's down to you whether or not you carry on dating your boyfriend. It might turn out that you've just got a crush on this other guy but if you really do like him then it's probably best for you to end things with Joe and move on from both of them.

Well if you're not using any type of birth control then all the sperm swim towards the egg to try and fertilise you. Some bits of semen might come out but the general idea is that the sperm gets to your eggs.

I am not very good at putting makeup on. Also, i am almost all irish...so i dont tan very well so i'm kind of pale. What is a good way to (and a good kind) of makeup to use to make mayself look tanner AND OLDER i look kind of younger than i acutally am.
I have the same problem as you. I am very pale and I look younger than I am. But I happen to be very good with make up.
First off, you need to experiment with lots of different colours to see what looks good on you. I like to use lots of greens and blues and they look pretty good with my dark hair and pale skin, so they might suit you too. The key is not to stick to certain colours just because magazines tell you they'll look good. Try out all sorts of different stuff and eventually you'll find shades that look amazing on you.
Also, don't be afraid to mix colours. I usually wear at least three different shades of eyeshadow at the same time, because it looks a lot better than just one block colour. If you're not too confident then start out with using two similar shades then start to build up to more shades or different colours. If you do use more than colour, always remember to blend. Make up looks bad if you have harsh lines everywhere.
As for making yourself look more tanned...
I swear by bronzing powder. Buy a light bronzing powder {all make up brands will make them, you can get cheap or more expensive ones} and use a large fluffy brush to sweep it over your cheeks, forhead, chin and nose. Make sure you only apply it to areas that naturally tan. Each day, gradually build it up so that it looks like a natural tan.
If you're more confident then you could use something like Johnson's Holiday Skin. It's a moisturiser that contains self tan and it builds up a light and even tan that looks really natural. You can get it for your face and as a body lotion. I use it and I think it's really good.
The right application and the right shades of make up can make you look much older, it's all about experimentation and practice.

Are there many girls that don't shave down there? Or do most? I was messing around with my bf today, and his hands "slipped" down there and I hadn't shaved. Whether or not girls shave their pubic area is up to them. Some girls shave it all, some keep it and most just trim it. If you want to shave then go ahead, but if your boyfriend doesn't mind and you'd rather keep your pubic hairs then don't bother. It really is up to you. But remember, don't shave just because a guy wants you to - it should be your choice.

It is possible for a condom to get stuck. It may or may not come out by itself, but if it's been a few days and she still can't get it out using her fingers then I suggest she sees a gynecologist or doctor to get it removed properly.

No, you shouldn't lose them. They should all still be on iTunes without you having to import them or anything. However, if you do lose them then you can just import them from your iTunes library because it's a separate file.

People will tell you that if you like him then height shouldn't be an issue, but of course it is really. When I was younger I went out with a guy for a while who was a couple of inches shorter than me and it was really annoying and it was probably quite degrading for him.
If you're prepared to deal with the height difference and go out with him then great, don't mention the height issue to him and he'll feel more comfortable with it. If you really think that it would be a problem then you'll just have to move on and find a taller guy.

I'm exactly like that with my little sister. We have completely different tastes in clothing and I hate it when she plays her music because it's really not my thing.
However, it's not really fair and you need to let her know that. Tell her that she's entitled to dress how she wants and listen to the music she likes but that you're entitled to do the same.

So yes, you're quite tall for your age.
Mini skirts look great on long legs, although make sure you're not wearing a really, really mini skirt. A skirt around upper - mid thigh length would look great but make sure you're not wearing it with heels or a low cut top unless you're going to a party or something.
Moisturising your legs with lotion about three times a day will clear up your scabs and make your legs smoother although they probably won't look too bad in a mini skirt as they won't show up much.

This is a really hard situation and I do know how you feel, it's horrible when someone just wants to be friends but you want more.
You need to ask her straight out what she wants to happen between you. If she says she wants a relationship or something then fine. But if she says she just wants to be friends then you need to accept that. If that happens then I suggest you tell her you want to stay away from her for a while until you've got over her. That way you can be friends with her without the complications afterwards.
I know it's hard, I've been there and I know getting over someone is difficult but you can do it.

There's this girl in my class who I like and she knows it, and she avoids me all the time. I think it might be because a while ago I told her I was gonna kill myself for her and sent her a picture of me cutting my wrists in front of her picture, and then told her it was a joke. But lately I've been acting pretty normal around her and she still won't even look at me. Do I just suck?
If a guy sent me a picture like that, and told me he was going to kill himself because of me then to be honest I would avoid him. It doesn't matter how normal he'd been acting after, it would really freak me out.
It's very unlikely that she's going to want to be with you considering the way you've acted, because let's face it, who wants to date someone because they're scared they might kill themselves otherwise?
I suggest you IM or her something apologising, and saying it was a sick joke and that you should have known better. Ask her if you can be friends.
