I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

i'm dating this one guy, who well. isn't captain of the football team or whatever, he isn't cool, but hes so nice & i like him a lot. I've never liked jocky/popular boys like my friends have. I just like sweet nice guys, who are into music & stuff. Well, my friends are ggetting so annoying about it! I never bring him up, because they will just be rude. They'll be like "why are you dating him, he is so weird", "you could do better" & so on. its just little remarks any chance they get to say it. & i really don't appreciate it! i like him, and their opinions really won't change it. but its just getting to the point of unbearable to deal with. i tell them to stop, and they won't. i can't stop being friends with them, because it is my whole group of friends, and that's all i really have for friends. so yeah.. how can i get through to them to tell them to stop?

Tell them straight up.

Make it clear that they're not the one dating him so they don't have to kiss him, talk to him or do anything with him. If they don't like your boyfriend, that's their problem but that doesn't mean they need to be rude about it.

Just mention how he's nice to them or about them & has no problem with them so there's no reason for them to have one with him. Be a bitch about it if you have to.

So about two summers ago, me & one of my friends started hooking up, & basically we have been ever since. When we first hooked up, he had a girlfriend, but i was single. (i know its still bad) but, a few months after we were hooking up i got a boyfriend. & we've been together ever since. Hes still with his same girlfriend. But, both of our relationships are off and on things. I do love my boyfriend alot, but i've had these feelings for my friend for so long. I get soo excited whenever he comes over, & im so happy when im around him, he just gives me this tingling feeling inside. The only way it can is if the both of you are willing to leave your partners for each other. You cannot keep cheating on your significant others. I'm sure you would hate it if your boyfriend was doing to you what you were doing to him.

Either stop hooking up with this kid, or dump your boyfriend & stay single.

How does he eat all of that food and not have problems with his digestive system and stay at a pretty small size? Does he do some exercises and cleansers to stay small and healthy? I just don't see how he can eat all of those large greasy burgers and lbs of fries and extreemly large amounts of steak and such and his stomach doesn't explode and he is not constantly constipated and he is not large and fat like some of his opponents...could someone explain this to me. If you don't know what a demographic is, it's probably your best bet not to manage a band.

When you're growing up you always say you want to be something like a doctor or lawyer. When you get older you realise that your choice has changed and sometimes you realise you have no idea what you want to be anymore.

i'm here. i'm not sure what i want to do. i did a pre-law course this past academic year and i failed. I thought i wanted to be a lawyer, actually I still want to do law. But since i failed, I feel like maybe it's not the choice for me.

I only have a few days to decide and I've been thinking of doing business instead. It's something I think I can pass, since I did 3 years of business prior and passed.

It's difficult for me to decide. I want to be a lawyer, but the failing grade made me think more about if i really want and think i can pass it. while i know i can pass business studies.

which should i choose? do i choose something i can pass? or do i choose what i WANT and risk the chance of failing?

I would keep trying to do law. I understand the risk of failing, but there's always study groups to join, or you can go see your teacher if you're stuck. They're more than willing to help you.

I'm sure that you will pass the class. You just need to have more faith in yourself. If you want to do Law, then you should stick with it. You can't jump to something new everytime you fail. You'll never have that proud feeling of accomplishment. It'll feel more like self-defeat.

Keep trying law. You'll pass.

He is absolutely sure of what he wants, and that is the other girl. He's made it clear from the start that he loves her. If he loves her, that is a great reason not to get involved with him.

I think you were right not to kiss him. It could potentially ruin things for him with this other girl, and it'd make you look bad.

You just need to tell yourself that it was a mistake and that you won't do it again.

I think this time if you get to know a guy first & stick to your morals, you'll be fine. Just remember not to jump into anything too quickly.

I wouldn't beat yourself up about it too much. Everyone makes mistakes, and this is something you can learn from. I think if you just take that into consideration & you learn from your regrets & mistakes, you'll be okay in the future. :)

I think you should've been honest with your parents about your sexuality from the get go. If you know that you're curious about girls, or are a complete lesbian, then why didn't you just come out & say so? Hiding things from your parents only makes it worse when they find out the hard way & really makes the whole situation that much more difficult & un-enjoyable.

I think your best bet right now is just to come out & tell them. I know they already know, but telling them & explaining why you hid it would be a good start to them maybe accepting you. I'm sure they will accept you but please understand that it'll take them time and it will not be something they'll get over so quickly. If they do not accept you, that is something you need to take up with them on your own. I do not suggest you hide it because it'll only make it worse.

You also need to be sure to delete your texts more often if you know there's a chance your parents will read them. I don't live with my parents & they've never gone through my cell phone but I usually delete my texts anyways.

And to be completely honest, this is something you really cannot blame on your friend. It is out of his control that your father saw your phone. He didn't send you the text thinking your parents would see it. You cannot say you hate him or that he is to blame because he is not a psychic & did not know that this would happen. To blame him would be completely immature & rude of you.

Next time just delete your texts and you won't have this problem.

People can have STD's and AIDS and not even know it. Sometimes the symptoms are very slow to show up, so I really suggest you go & get yourself tested.
