First off, if you're still doing ANYTHING with him, think otherwise. Having 23 partners could make him very much at risk for an STD, and therefore could give it to you. Look out for yourself, and if he cheats on you, you can do way better considering you're trying to find him some help. I know what it's like to regret being with someone, and I don't want you to regret being with him because he gave you some type of STD. Have him get tested ASAP because it's the only way you'll know what he has.
Peeing blood that often is most certainly NOT normal. He received nothing from you if the first guy you were with was a virgin, so don't let him or his parents blame you. Get tested and please stay safe. Ask your mom to take you to a gynecologist and definitely get some blood work done.

Hope I helped, stay safe. <3

Well if you don't have any of the symptoms i would say he has a urinary tract infection not a std. I suggest he gets checked out by a doctor

I find that I am a great deal older than most of the advisers on this site, so my advice will be somewhat different from what you have received and may continue to receive from others.

First and most important you need to be examined by your doctor and be tested for STD’s as well as HIV. Second since you know your boyfriend has had other partners and is prone to cheating on you, you should not be having unprotected sex with him. In fact if I was your father I would be doing my best to convince you to reconsider your relationship with your boyfriend.

As to your boyfriend pissing blood: If you can actually see blood in his urine he needs to be seen by a Urologist immediately. An STD is only one of many causes for blood in ones urine. He could have a tear someplace in his urinary track or a major urinary infection. A Urologist is the specialist who is best qualified to find out the cause of the bleeding. If your boyfriend has not already seen a doctor he should see one immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency room for evaluation and treatment.

People can have STD's and AIDS and not even know it. Sometimes the symptoms are very slow to show up, so I really suggest you go & get yourself tested.
