She is wearing a ring, but it's not red.
She has 2 rings on. One on her right hand, and one on her left hand. And then the only other piece of jewelery is her necklace.
Chances are they're still selling the replicas of the jewelery that the characters wore at Hot Topic. I'm not sure if they are, but you can check there. I'd also check Claire's or maybe even Spencer's.
