so i got a new computer. and i bought new songs for my ipod.but when i change it it says "erase&synce" how to i keep my songs now and put my new songs on it?

Plug your iPod in. There should be three choices, one of them being Transfer songs. Choose that one. Then when the songs are transfered go to File then click on Sync iPod. Then you can transfer your other purchases onto your ipod.

My explanation may be a little off because I have not done this in a while. If you need further assitance call the iPod service number. You can find it on iTunes, I believe.

Anorexia is not based on caloral intake.

Anorexia is the intentional starvation of yourself. Also is your weight is too low doctors can consider you anorexic.

Nevertheless, 300 calories a day is not healthy. You should be eating about 1,500-2,000. Not much less than that, unless instructed by a doctor. 300 is way too little.

People ask questions they need advice about. Apperantly, those are the things most people need to be advised on.

Everyone needs relationship advice, not nesicarily sex, at least once in their life.

Technology is difficult for many people, including me.

Personally, the apperance questions annoy me sometimes. "Am I fat?!?! Look at this picture!" I find that useless. It really doesn't matter what random strangers think of you.

Do they send little samples, or like the size you would buy in stores? What do they do for the deoderant, do they do a miniature version?

They send sample sizes. They send minature versions ofr the deoderant, but they actually last a few weeks.

Personally, I find the deoterant to be the best offer because it lasts the longest. The shampoos and stuff come in packets that will last you about 2-4 washings.

EDIT: It usually takes about 3-5 weeks to get the products, more or less. I haven't ordered them in a while, but it shouldn't take more than 6 weeks.

Okay, so I'm going to camp soon and I don't really want to have a tampon box in my trunk. What are some cute boxes or things to carry them in?

I put them in make-ups bags. If you think that would be questionable because not many people bring make-up to camp, you can also keep them with your toothpaste and shower gel and the like.

basically i suck at holding a conversation. whenever i talk to someone, i come up short for things to talk about. and when i do talk, its usually about something boring lol. so what im asking is for advice on how to create conversation and keep it going so im not boring. thank you!

Let the oter person keep the conversation going. Ask and open ended question and let the person answer. For example: "Who is your favorite presidental canindate and why?" I doubt you'll ask that, but it's just an exmaple =]. That way they can keep talking and in turn they'll probably ask you questions.

Yes, you should invite Krista. Anna does not need to talk to Krista at the party. Also if Nicole is best friends with Krista I would assume that she would be pretty disappointed if Krista wan't there.

Okay, i'm trying this new thing were everyday i think of the good qualities of myself. And it seems to be working, i am more confident in everything! So then everything is great, until i get to school. I Love my friends. But all they do is put themselves down! One of my friends the other day, all she said almost all day was "Im Fat. It did make sense.

Basically, don't respond when they say that. A lot of my friends constantly complain about how "fat" they are aswell. What I do is either say "Yeah, you are fat" or simply walk away. When I do agree with one of my friends fat comments it is usually sarcastic.

Whichever way you choose, don't put yourself down! You could also explain to them your methods of being positive. It could help them.

Tell her parents immediately. To be honest, your friends a friggin idiot. Her parents will stop her from doing this. Also you should report the people she's talking to, to the cops. That way they can't harm her or anyone else. Tell her how much being raped has hurt you. If she hears it from you, it may change her mind. Furthermore, explain how sex is supposed to be reserved for people who love each other.

Get some nicely colored fabric and make your own curtains. Drape them around the window.

Also find things you can stick on your window. You can use the glow the squishy stars that people put in bathrooms. You can also find stick on holiday decoratoins in your local Party or Craft store. Be creative!

I think it would be wrong of you to cut off contact from both of them. If you say he's not on your level, then that means you don't want to go out with him. And if you don't want him why can't Keesha? I don't think she really meant anything by going out with him, since you said you didn't really like him. If your still hurt talk to her about how you feel. She'll understand.

However, I must say if they really like each other, let it be. You didn't seem to like him that much, so if she's head over heals let her have him.

It really varies from people's different opinons.

Some believe a girl isn't if she had oral/anal and some believe she still is.

To me, unless the penis enters the vagina, a girl is a virgin.
