Usually when a question says "I rate", I will avoid it and rate it low, but I like animals, so I'll help you out.
He will clean himself, like MFS said, but if he's soaked with it, and you really want to wash him, then be careful. I would suggest just using warm water, make sure it's not to cold or hot, and just kinda rinse him off. Don't try any soap or anything because if you don't get everything completely off then it could make him sick if he licks his fur. Try doing it in the sink so the water can just run off him into the drain, instead of just using a bowl.

But I remember reading a web site on Parakeet socialization that would really help you out, sadly, I can't find it right now. If you ask me personally, then I might be able to help more, when I have more time.
But, basically, making a bird trust you will take a lot of time. If your mom tells you not to touch the bird, make sure she understands that that will only make him meaner and meaner.

Not everyone gets zits because of oily skin. You are probably getting zits because you have such dry skin.
Try taking a tiny bit of baby oil, spread it on your palms, and then spread it on your face. After you do that, your face will probably be way too shiny and greasy, so take a towel or paper towel and dab your face until you get the desired amount of moisture and dryness.
Do that every once in a while and it should help, but it probably won't completely get rid of your problem.

They don't always go away with age. I've always freckled. I will burn, and then tan, but then I will just end up with more freckles. People say it's cute. The only way to stop yourself from getting more is to never tan, unless you use sunless tanning.

try putting conditioner on the hair for two minutes every time you take a shower, even if it's just a little stubble. It will soften whatever hair is growing, and also make your skin softer. Also put lotion, or, my personal favorite, baby oil on twice a day.
This works for legs, under arms, and pubic hair. I suppose it would also work for your face if your a guy or if you have unsightly female hair problems.

I'm guessing this was asked to a specific person, but I'm going to answer. You sound like your in the exact same situation as one of my good friends. She was thirteen when her and her boyfriend got together, and she was almost seventeen when they finally broke up, and I couldn't have been happier for her. He was abusive, both physically and mentally. This guy sounds a lot like her ex. He wouldn't let her have any guy friends, and he wouldn't let her try to dress nice for school. She lost all her friends and always talks about how she missed out on having a normal teenage life. For a long time they would still hang out, or at least try to, but they would get into a fight every time. Whenever I was there I ended up breaking up a fight, and I have seen some good guy friends beat him up because he was trying to be abusive with her.
She finally figured out that she had to stop all ties with him. She couldn't hang out with the same friends, could absolutely never drink together. She admitted to me that she does the same thing as you, sleep with him, but then ignore him and just fuck with his head.
They went out for a long time, and even though she knew he was an ass, she still got jealous. But she finally got smart and got rid of him. You should do the same thing. Just stay away from him and find a new life.

ok the other day my lil brothers painted turtle laid eggs in the water of its tank. but we didnt know what to do! so we did what my grandfather told us to do. we buried them in the dirt and we r waiting for them to hatch! is that we did right? please i need help fasst!!!!!
You should try searching online about painted turtles, and how to care for eggs. I know that sea turtles bury they're eggs, but I don't know if it goes for all turtles.
They might not even hatch because, a lot of times, animals can lay eggs, but without a male around to fertilize them, they are basically useless.

Why wouldn't he want her to know that he told you this? That doesn't sound very trustful. Does he not want her to get mad at him... if so, then why would he care if he really doesn't like her. Talk to Bobby about this and tell him that either he should talk to her about this and tell her off, out of respect for you.... or else you will do it yourself.
