I would say your fine. Eating a little bit of something every four hours is really really healthy, you deserve to indulge, even if you only indulge in cereal. I say you deserve some Ice Cream! [ selectopaque's advice column | Ask selectopaque A Question ]
blond_qt6908 answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 2:40 pm: Here let me help you. You can't just lose weight by eating a salad every 4 hours you have to try. Try to workout like walk around the block a few times maybe go to the gym. I was haveing that problem to and diets weren't working for me then my aunt and grandma showed me to this really cool place called Curves ask your mom about it. It's really working for me and after awhile you can really tell it's working.
P.S diets don't really work unless you exercise with them, and Curves makes exercising fun! [ blond_qt6908's advice column | Ask blond_qt6908 A Question ]
curiousgeorge997 answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 2:19 pm: well i'm no nutritionist but ik that cereal wont make you gain weight! oh and if you are on the atkins diet, please don't be, a lot of new research is proving it's not beneficial to your health and yea so make sure if you're trying to lose some weight, keep it under control and eat a balanced diet. it's good that you're eating every couple of hours, keep it to small meals and it will speed up your metabolism
good luck!
