what do i do?
i cant say my r's and everybody makes fun of me for it i mean i already think im ugly and i cant say my r's and i have a new york accent which makes it worse.. how can i get people to stop mocking me??

hmm idk cuz a reallly pretty popular girl at my old school couldnt say her r's either, yeah people made fun of her but not to the point that she got hurt by it. maybe people are mocking u cuz thats the only thing they can make fun of u for... it could come down to that hey are just jelous.. u never know. but dont get urself down everyone has something wrong with them noone is perfect at all.

well i kinda cant do my r's well either. what u do is when u say an r, u stick ur tongue in the back of ur throat. but dont choke and u dont have to stick it back there for a long itme just a lil bit. i hope i helped. if u need anymore advice just leave one in my inbox.

You are unique... and that isnt a bad thing... i think its nice cuz im from Virgina and i dont know that many people with a New York accent... when people try to make fun of you laugh it off and act like it doesnt bother you and eventually it wont bother you :)

start mockin them...if you hear something that they say funny...mock em...dont let em get to ya...most ppl that pick on ya do it outta cuz they like you...or just jealous of you...so dont take it as somethin bad..take it as somethin good

I use to not be able to say my R's when I was little so I went to speech, and the lady helped me out and many other people too! Just go there! =D And don't listen to those other people who make fun of you! They're just rude, they'll grow up sooner or later! But, for now try to ignore them and then they'll get the hint you don't care! And they'll leave you alone. They're probably just joking around friendly-ish like. And if they aren't, then pretend they are and laugh with them... that will piss them off, which could be fun.
