Hi, im Theresa, yes i am also a columnist but i need help, see i need braces ( but not TERRIBLY) only a few of my teeth are a little off center but my mom thinks that i really want braces! We kinda have a shortage of money going on too. Braces are like $4,000 and we cant really afford it but my mom really wants to take the risk. What should i tell her to let her know that i really dont NEED braces yet?

Hey, i'm 17 and there is a great chance of me being pregnant right now. I'm not on birth control or anything! first you should talk to him and tell him you know something is up. then if he doesnt wise up and start acting right, dump him. you dont deserve this. also if he is acting weird he could be cheating on you, doing drugs or something behind your back and thats not what a boyfriend is there for. tell me how things work out.

Hey, well my dad had a problem with smoking cigs years ago, and I caught him smoking again about 2 months ago. He told me not to tell anyone so I didnt. Then about a month and a half ago my brother went into the garage and found a pack of cigs. (They were my dads) I dont know why but I said to him, "Those are mine, dont tell dad." I told my dad about it and he said to keep that story. My brother again found more and I took the blame. I didnt feel right about lying to my brother and I thought he has a right to know, so today I told him about it. I feel bad now because my dad might get mad. Do you think I did the right thing? I'm not sure.
yes you did the right thing, your dad is a grown man and shouldnt have his kids lying for him. how responsible is that? maybe now your dad will quite smoking if the word gets out. tell me how things work out.

I asked a question about weight loss. i didnt ask if i was fat, i asked if nayone knew about pills or patches i could use since im 13 and really insecure. they deleted it and i dont understand why.
you can take laxatives. they arent the best for you though. you should just exercise eat right and dont be lazy and take pills. the easy way out becase half the time they dont work. tell me how things work out.

hey this is gunna sound realli weird but im just going to ask...okay im from the middle east, and middle easterns are known for having alot of body hair..and i have that problem,i have really hairy arms and its sooo embaressing!! i have tried waxing and bleaching..it works, but its still noticeable!! my friends advice me that i should shave it but im too scared cause i know its just gunna grow back darker and even thicker...any advice?? srry its so gross and nasty i know but its worth a try...please dont say like ew thats gross or nething..i just need some help..thanks

im really sorry hes leaving. my sisters boyfriend left too, but in the long shot he got to come back home. turns out he had kidney stones. he'll come back in a while it might seem long but you'll manage. find ways to entertain yourself and get your mind off things. also he can send you letters and such so you 2 can still talk. tell me how things work out.

thats really hard. if i were you i would just wait it out and see if this guy you like alot comes through for you in the next one to 2 weeks and if he doesnt then you should give your fairy tale boy a try, it couldnt hurt. as for your other friend that likes your fairy tale boy she has to know that he doesnt like her like that and she'll have to get over that. tell me how things work out.

I've have a weight problem. I know I do. Everyone one I know tells me i'm skinny and hott and stuff like that and I don't believe it I think that i'm really ugly. I know it's a low self esteem thing but I just don't feel that way. I don't know what to do. I look in the mirror and I see a fat ugly person and I've always made wishes and everything to be pretty and skinny. And then when I go out with friends or something then I get whisled at and get told i'm hott and have even strangers talk to me. I don't believe i'm hott AT ALL! u dont need to lose wieght.. i have the same problem im skinny but my thighs are fat it sux. but really all girls have it unless they are those reallllly skinny chicks. but all u need to do is work out ur thighs and get them muscular. tell me how it works out.

I usually straighten my hair before i go party!! But by the end of the night my hairs flipped out the ends...and puffy..any girls know some good ways ( using house hold items) to keep the straight flowing as i party all night long!?!?!
