hey. im 5'5 n 1/2 or something like that and i weigh 104 pounds. i know that im skinny but i hate my thighs! i want to go on a diet but, i dont want to bcome anerexic or scare m fam n friends. what should i do?

followtheformat answered Saturday August 7 2004, 5:08 pm: Dieting is not always the answer to being fit. In your case, you should take up some sort of exercise that will work your legs and thighs. DONT go on a diet! just work out like a 1/2 hour a day and dont junk food eat healthy things like lots of suger free things. DONT go on a diet.

L__A__M answered Wednesday August 4 2004, 7:28 pm: [Do 3 sets of 15] Put your legs shoulder width apart. You'll need a chair. Now bend (as if your about to sit on the chair), then stand back up. A diet probably won't help your thighs...they might make you even skinnier somewhere else instead of your thighs! lol. Do some stretches, running, go to the gym, exercise tapes, anything leg related. LEFTalone answered Wednesday August 4 2004, 4:32 am: u dont need to lose wieght.. i have the same problem im skinny but my thighs are fat it sux. but really all girls have it unless they are those reallllly skinny chicks. but all u need to do is work out ur thighs and get them muscular. tell me how it works out.
