Okay i was just wondering....does it hurt to get your tounge belly-button or nose peirced? and is there like any way you could do it yourself without damagin anything?? and then also..if your like drunk or high or somethin....would it still hurt? and one last thing....does anyone know of any good sites thatll give you tips on how to do it yourself or information on it?? It will hurt to get any body piercing done. I have my tongue pierced and I had pain, albeit minimum and tolerant. It's just sore and swollen for a couple of days, then it's fine. I guess you could do it yourself if you did your research and ordered clamps, piercing needles, piercing solution, and proper jewelry online. There's always a risk that the piercing could become infected, grow out, or leave keloids (little cysts) on the site of the piercing. If you're drunk or high, most professional piercing establishments will turn you away. A good site to go to find info on piercings is www.bmezine.com. Hope I helped, and be safe!

The pencil test! Haha I read this in a Judy Blume book or something. If you can put a pencil between your breasts, and it stays, you need to wear a bra. But even if you don't have much, it's still good to wear one due to chilly rooms and people picking on you. Just find a really comfy one.

I think you should find another way to get noticed. Whenever I see a girl and her thong is hanging out, I notice it, but I think it's disgusting. Everybody I know thinks this, too. If you really want to get noticed, just start talking to people. Dye your hair pink. Please, don't resort to making your underwear hang out just so someone can notice you.

You should talk to your parents or a trusted adult about this. I'm sure they will help you. There's always self-help lines you can call as well. Talk to someone about your feelings before you hurt yourself. If you're really willing to seek help, then you MUST talk to somebody. I can't stress this enough.

If you want to have sex with him, then be sure that you really want to do it. Start things off slow, don't let him jackhammer you or anything. It'll hurt the first time. If it hurts too much for you to continue, just tell him so. If he's understanding, then you can just try again later. I just advise you to take it slow and be in control of the situation. I think you should tell your best friend that you like him. Maybe sit down with him somewhere quiet and tell him face to face. I'm totally shy as well, so I know how hard it can be. Just take a deep breathe, and try to relax yourself before you say anything. Then you can say something along the lines of..."I know we are best friends and all, but I like you more than as a friend. How do you feel about that?" Just talk it over with him. If he feels the same way- yay! Congratulations, you took a big step and it paid off well! If he doesn't like you the same way, then just ask if you can still be friends. I know it'll hurt to be rejected, but it's part of life and we all go through it! okay... i need to read another book for high school. it's my first year (i'm a freshman) and i'm enrolled in CP Humanities... i've already read my first book and i've completed my journal entry that we needed to do for it... i'm supposed to read another book. it has to be a novel and more than 150 pages long i'd actually prefer it to be 200 or more pages long does anyone have a good suggestion on a book??? no harry potter books... i hate them and it HAS to be a NOVEL any suggestions?? i start on the 5th... i think i can read a 300 page book in 2 days so just give me ANYTHING to read! i need good suggestions! I don't know if he "asked you out" on the spot, but perhaps he was hinting that that's what he wants to do?
Or he could just be saying "let's hang out sometime." Or "Let's have sex." I think there are a lot of different meanings that guys have for let's hook up.
So my advice is to just hang out with him and get to know him and then maybe he'll ask you out really soon.

I was in this situation almost 2 years ago. Sometimes, if you really like him and the feeling is mutual on his part, you have to go for it. That's what I did, and I've been with my boyfriend for 20 months now.
If this long distance relationship is so awkward, why are you still in it? Before you start going out with local boys, you need to break it off with him if you're feeling awkward.

ok im almost 13 and im going into the 8th grade. Ive never had a boyfriend in my life. That's exactly how I was in middle school. Don't worry about not having a boyfriend now. Heck, I didn't have my first real boyfriend until I was 16! You'd be surprised at the amount of people who didn't have boyfriends or girlfriends until they were in their mid-teens or so.
Just keep talking to the boys you like, and become friends with them. Eventually you will have the courage to ask someone out, and you won't care about what other people think.

Well, if you really want to go, you should just go by yourself, if she's not feeling that well. You shouldn't force her to do something while she is sick. Perhaps you can go with another friend or meet somebody there. You don't want to make your friend's illness worse.

Goodwill. Value Village. Wash the clothing when you get home, they're as good as new. Well, new to you, at least.
Thrift stores are great places to get great deals. You just have to be willing to look, and willing to be open-minded.
