Well it depends on what kind of site you want...if you want a journaling site, where you can journal and post about your day and random babblings, livejournal.com, and xanga.com are very good! Hope I helped! If you have any more questions about this or anything, leave them in my inbox!

geocities is a really good way to start out a site. altho to start a site, u need to learn HTML and CSS.. go to www.lissaexplains.com and that will teach u how to make codes n stuff.

idk what some really good hosts r besides geocities pagebuilder! i highly suggest using that.. lol :-p

good luck kid

try www.tripod.com, it's one of the closest to .com webbies u can have, and it lets u use html (the website would be www.whateveruwant.tripod.com), and u can use a lotta diff. backgrounds.

Here are a few free web-publishing sites:

www.hometown.aol.com
www.easydesigner.com
www.tripod.com

If you want music, you'll probably have to enter an HTML code to get it to work.

If you need anymore advice just tell me!
