Hi. OK, Some nights i get these staining feelings in my calf (i think it might be called a 'charly-horse' but im not sure) anyway i get them every once in a while like if i work out that day and i didnt stretch enough...but i havent worked out in like a week and i have been getting them a lot more than usual...i dont know why...they hurt so but, it feels like someone is trying to pull my muscle out, like i have to get up and stand on it or sqeeze it really hard for it to stop and there is still an after feeling and it even goes on till the next day....does anyone know what this is, and how i can stop them and how to make them feel better when they come....thanks! Um hey um I have that exact same problem when I sleep I wake up like almost screaming of pain and my calf is really like hard and hurts um I have no clue what you can do but um me when it happens usually when I wake I limp and my mom is a nurse she keeps telling me to walk normally and the pain will leave but she says that ur muscle isn't getting like enough work cause I have like muscular legs and um yeah it hurts so just try working out your legs more like um do more leg excersises it might work cause I didn't get it for a few weeks since school started I had it once and it was during a long weekend cause I have GYM everydayd so I work my legs alot so just try keeping ur legs working on regularly

okay this is the typical boy problem that i'm sure you here every singal day, but i still need some help. I'm 13 and im a girl... okay... last school year i had a great boyfriend and he was the best, and then after awhile i started to like another guy and i felt guilty going out with the guy, while liking somebody else too. so i broke up with my boyfriend. the other guy that i liked i didnt have any chance with, and he was just my friend. so all summer long i was talking to the guy i liked(who i had broken up with my boyfriend for)and at times it felt like he liked me but then other times he was just my friend. so after a while i just gave up. i still had some feelings for my old boyfriend even when i broke up with him. so now my old boyfriend wont go out with me because he thinks that i break up with people so i can go out with somebody else. I dont do that though, I have a lot of reasons. But I always end up going back and forth between the two guys, i mean i cant deside who i like best. I just don't know what to do about it all and its confusing the heck outta me!! please help mee!!!

ok well first call your ex n tell him wut happened and why just tell him you had mixed emotions over him n your friend which confused you and you didn't know why you liked two guys at once and try to convience him you did it for the best because you were afraid to fall in love with your friend and break his heart n then tell him but I realized he's just a friend I turn to all the times that make me feel comfortable n shit make him feel more needed in the boyfriend type of thing n just explain it but you shouldn't lie though tell him the 100% truth of wut happened and why you did it

ok well you should be comfortable with yourself in your on skin and if you wanna loose weight well you'll have to stick to what your doing which can be hard and 134 isn't alot for under 5 feet you probably need to loose not more then 10 pounds and I'm sure you'll feel great..like I'm 6 feet and I weigh 180 which is normal normal weigh for my height is 210 and I weigh 30 under so I'm kinda a lil under weight but I don't care...lol...I hope I helped...oh and size doesn't matter if your happy with your life and you like how you look don't go and change it if you feel uncomfortable go right ahead but make sure you stick to it...I stuck to mine I weighed 240 and lost 60 pounds in less then 3 months that was because I wasn't taking care of my body now I do and I stay there...so be careful wut u do don't make yourself puke ok cuz thats a big thing that isn't good for u...hope I helped...lol

well first of all cuz at the malls or places when you try on sumthing and look in the mirror some mirrors make you look alot thinner and make you look good in them and at home you either have the normal which should be like um flat but some have the ones that add a few pounds....so maybe thats why and then you look at yourself and your blah....so just wear it and um ask your friends an honest opinion and ask like do I look fried in this shirt or do I look good in it...they should tell the truth it's better for them to tell you the truth then to let u go out in public looking weird which I bet you don't....your eyes play tricks on you so don't worry you probably look really good but don't see it...hope I helped

well you should like wear either like a girly shirt with punkish pants or the opposite it's always good to mix the styles cuz it make you more original and um well for the girly shirts it's more like tight kinda and punkish shirts it's um loose and shit then pants well bell bottoms for girly and um kinda baggy pants for punk...hope I helped

well I think she should probably not tell him because he chose that name not her so it wouldn't make it seem like she wanted to name him after her ex but if she feels guilty and doesn't want that name she needs to tell him instaid for him to find out like after you named the baby...hope I helped
