Hmm. KK im 134 and im not even 5 feet is that fat. i think im fat. all my frined says that im not but there my friends. and i have been going around and stuff and a normal weight for a 5 foot person is 98-128 hmm i dunno.. paranoid..
and i just get a sick feeling knowing im like 6 pounds more. maybe lose the six pounds??

Muscle does weigh more than fat. Do not feel bad about your weight or size. That is not to say don't excercise though. Everyone needs some form of excercise and everyone needs to eatas healthy as possible. I ampersonally vegan or "pure vegitarian'. If you want to look into the health benefits for that you can try going to veganoutreach.org or reading one of my favorite books, 'Diet for a New Americs' by John Robbins. crystal200022us answered Saturday August 28 2004, 12:57 pm: Well, you really shouldn't worry about it all that much. If you think you need to work on your weight then I would do it. Here is some advice that might help: First of all, watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need a snack then eat fruits and veggies. Secondly, you need to get some exercise. I recommend walking everyday for at least 30 minutes around your neighborhood. Also, I recommend doing leg lifts, arm curls and crunches or situps. For leg lifts, you lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting with 30 on each leg. If you can do more then great!!! For arm curls, small weights will help with this. You bring your arms in front of you and keeping your elbows still bring the weights up to your chest and back down. I recommend doing as many of those as you can. One last thing, try stretching before you go to bed. That helps you to relax more and while you sleep you burn fat. I hope this helps and good luck!

But if you dont feel good about your wieght you should try doing something about. You dont need to go to the gym or exercize constantly, just start out with little improvements. For example, the next time your hungry and want a snack go for piece of fruit like an apple or banana. Also make sure that you get a good breakfast to start your metabolism, and try not to eat after about 8 o' clock when your getting close to going to bed. Or maybe after school you can go for a bike ride if your bored instead of watching tv. If you still feel insecure about your wieght, next time when your at a doctors appt. ask for his/her opinion, and what kind of steps you can take. I hope i helped!
