How can I prevent my hair from becoming staticy? It's sooo annoying and it drives me nuts! Cause sometimes it sticks to my neck, and that's really annoying. Sometimes it sticks to the back of my shirt, or it just floats around... and when I grab all my hair it makes a static electricity sound or something O.o.... It like gets staticy on the day my hair looks the worst. (when my hair is greasy.) I dunno why it gets staticy. From my hairbrush, or the fabric my clothing is made of/my coat or jacket?... So are they any tips to prevent your hair from ever being staticy ever again? Or for at least a long period of time. Thanks!!!!
try using neutrogena triple moisture shampoo .. it works really welll that or theres anti frizz spray that works well too.
I read somewhere that women should avoid having too much caffeine while on their period. I don't remember the reason...does anyone know?
Also, if this is true, why does Midol have caffeine in it? I imagine that it is to relieve fatigue often caused by menstruation...but if it really is bad to have caffeine during your period, why would it be an ingredient?
..oh, the box on Midol Menstrual mentions that a dose (2 pills) has as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
I wanted to know mainly cause I just got my period, and it's crunch time with exams, so I really can't avoid coffee right now.
Caffeine increases your estrogen levels. The increased estrogen will increase your pain and cramps. It also increses your fatigue(tiredness), irritability, and depression. Chocolate can also do the same thing.
The reason Midol has caffeine is just a dose to act as a diuretic(make you pee) to get rid of exccess water in your body to decrease your fatigue and reduce bloating during your period
So my family's going on a vacation in winter. We're from Barbados which doesn't have snow or any relly cold areas. The coldest it gets is about 25 degrees celcius maximum. So we're leaving in a while (few days) and I have no idea how i'm goin to stay warm to reach New York. Tell me how to dress to go to the airport please? how many layers of clothes will i need???????

and you will need pants of course... at most times ull want a sweater on andmaybi a shirt underneath it.. a good winter jacket.. not light jacket.. hat scarf and gloves.. im assuming ur going to nycity so theres not that much snow there so you probably wont need boots or anything but, Right now we barely have any snow and it hasnt been too cold like prolly like only 25degrees farenheit so it hasnt been too bad lately but just bring extra warm clothes justincase.. plus ull probably be colder cuz your not use to it like me

well im a 20/f and m y boyfriend definately has a past that i dont like and like you i find it hard sometimes wen i think about it Its hard not to hold it against him, but you just have to realize people change...A lot of people guys and girls have a crazy past or whatever you wanna call it and the fact that your boyfriend seemed to have had that stage in his life its probably a good thing and will keep him more loyal to you. Thats how I try to look at it... I mean I still make jokes to my boyfriend saying he was a pig for some stuff he did but I know those days of his lives are over so I try not to be too hard on him. so my advice to you is try not to think about it and make sure he knows how you feel about it and im sure youll eventually get over it and be able to laugh about it.

i have a flabby stomach and it kinda has cellulite on it. im not that fat, just only in my stomach and i run about 5-6 times a week for 20-30 minutes and i have been doing this for about 2 weeks and havent seen very good results. so if i keep running will i eventually get a flat stomach? and how long?
Good ways to get rid of stomach fat are exercising in the morning before you eat and burn 200 calories and that will help you burn more calories throughout the day. Also decrese your sugar/carb intake and increase your water intake. Try doing situps but you also need to keep running or walking. You could also buy a work out video for abs. Me and my friend got a go go dancing one.. seems weird but its fun and you can tell when your done that it def works ur stomach.

First of all you shouldn't use soap on your vagina It kills all the good flora(organisms) and then bad ones take over which can cause many infections. You may have a urinary tract infection or something else.. but usually those come along with burning, itching, and discharge. So if you have anyother signs than you should go see a doctor or ask your mother.

I personally use dove...it has different kinds depending on whatu want...i usually use moisture ones in the winter so my hair doesnt get frizzy and then ones that have body stuff in them for summer to make my hair more fluffier and have more body.

I have a big problem with thinking i am FAT! I'm 5'5 and i weigh 119.5! So I dont eat alot. My boyfriend worries about me an tells me if i dont go to start eating right then he was gonna tell someone. I went to the doctor to get my physical for cross country an he pushed on my tummy an asked me if i ever ate an i said sometimes an he said do you have an appitite an im like not really an he said that he could tell that i hardley ever ate by pressing on my stomach! I wanna eat but i get too full soo easy! what should i do?
i dont think ur fat at all nor to skinny.... I think your weight is fine..I usually only eat 1 meal a day and snack through out the day ...just make sure u snack on healthy things and not cookies...i wouldnt worry about eating more....because it cant be that bad if your doctor didnt really do anything else about it

your itchy becuause your skin is dry ....put lotion on after you tan or everymorning after you take ashower or before you go to bed it will help a whole lot...same thing happens to me
