flabby stomach i have a flabby stomach and it kinda has cellulite on it. im not that fat, just only in my stomach and i run about 5-6 times a week for 20-30 minutes and i have been doing this for about 2 weeks and havent seen very good results. so if i keep running will i eventually get a flat stomach? and how long?

Good ways to get rid of stomach fat are exercising in the morning before you eat and burn 200 calories and that will help you burn more calories throughout the day. Also decrese your sugar/carb intake and increase your water intake. Try doing situps but you also need to keep running or walking. You could also buy a work out video for abs. Me and my friend got a go go dancing one.. seems weird but its fun and you can tell when your done that it def works ur stomach. ]
um like its not always exercising that helps try healthy foods too and sit-ups they help and i used to do cardio that helps ]
