i have a flabby stomach and it kinda has cellulite on it. im not that fat, just only in my stomach and i run about 5-6 times a week for 20-30 minutes and i have been doing this for about 2 weeks and havent seen very good results. so if i keep running will i eventually get a flat stomach? and how long?
