S_C answered Wednesday November 7 2007, 8:04 pm: I would think that if you were to run in hotter weather you would become more hot, dehydrated, etc. a lot quicker. Plus, if it's cooler when you run than you minimize the amount you sweat and such. Although, I always thought sweating was a good thing [whenever I'm sick I'm told to "sweat it out"].
