babygirl17 answered Monday September 26 2005, 2:15 pm: I'm the same way.. I'm like 5'6 or 5'7 and weigh 120... So I know exactly how you feel and I know what your boyfriend is going through because I put my boyfriend through the same stuff.. I was told that when you do become hungry. Dont eat soo much to make your self full that quickly. Eat little portions at a time. Exercisin will also help with you thinkin your fat... I have to exercise in order to know that I'm not fat. But if this stuff doesnt help you can see a doctor and they can give you some things to do to help you realize that being 119lbs isnt fat at all.. You should be very lucky that you arent heavier then that like some girls are.
Michele answered Monday September 26 2005, 2:08 pm: Just eat small meals that are really healthy. Fruit, dairy, vegetables. They won't make you fat. Have soup, yogurt, lots of water. They won't make you fat and take vitamins. Then you know that you will stay health. That is most important. Health. Many healthy people are thin. Just make sure every calorie you take in is going to be good for you. Eat the right foods and you won't get fat.

Skez answered Monday September 26 2005, 1:34 pm: Try eating a little bit all throughout the day. I heard that's healthier for you anyway. Snack on fresh fruits and veggies, and when mealtime comes don't gorge until you're too full, just eat until you're satisfied. Also, see a doctor about eating disorders. You say you have a problem with thinking you're fat; well you're NOT, so that sounds like bad body image, which can lead to anorexia and/or bulima. You can't have that if you're an athlete! Take care of yourself ;) [ Skez's advice column | Ask Skez A Question ]
LadyGoodman answered Monday September 26 2005, 1:28 pm: My doctor says that I am too thin as well. I don't eat a lot, but honestly, I just don't get time until later in the day. I think what you should do is try eating a lot of small meals if you get full easily, which is supposedly the healther way to go about it anyway. If you'd normally eat 2 or 3 really big meals, divide that up so it's about 5 or 6 smaller meals. [ LadyGoodman's advice column | Ask LadyGoodman A Question ]
Curemysadness answered Monday September 26 2005, 1:00 pm: You are not fat! I am 5'5 and I weigh 108 and I think I'm fat too. Everybody is always telling me that I'm stupid for thinking that b/c I don't have any fat on me. (That is what they say) But if you are that worried about your weight, you can always exercise! Don't over do it tho! Exercise 3 or 4 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour and eat normally and you should be just fine! If you can't eat very much rite now, start off with small portions of food and each time you eat, eat a little bit more until you get to a normal size meal! I'm sure there are some websites that you can go to, that will help you learn how to eat properly..and there are probably even some where you can talk to other people who have similiar problems to yours. If you would like me to look for them for you, just let me know and I will see what I can do. I'm not guarenteeing I will come up with much, but I can try. You could also talk to me on AIM if you have it. (My s/n is BrittanyMichx39) Good luck! [ Curemysadness's advice column | Ask Curemysadness A Question ]
