Smoking and sports, not a good pair. So your right, you deffinalty need to quit. I had a sister that smoked since she was 10 all the way up to about a year ago. And she used the patch. But i doubt that your parents know about your litte..habbit. So i would first try to just stay away from having them at hand, and if you do than to get rid of them. Try your best to have everyone that smokes not do it in front of you so then you wont think as much about it. I know this sounds hard but try to stay away from second-hand smoke..it will make you want to smoke. And thats what we are trying to prevent. Soo just remember before you lift a ciggaret 2 your mouth and light it up..You are trying to break the habbit. If you want to play sports then you have 2 say no and drop it. Chewing gum sometimes takes your mind off of it aswell. Good luck and best wishes at your games :)

Okay..I just broke up w/ my ex like 2 days ago and we were together for about 4 months.I went to a party last night and i met this guy and hes a 16 (im 13) and we like kidna hooked up and now i feel really bad since i just broke up w/ my ex..But I like the guy i met and me and him like eachother and everything but like my ex still likes me a lot and I dono if i should just worry about my feelings or be nice and worry about me ex's!Cuz i like this new guy a lot and he wants to go out and stuff.i dono..PLEASE HELP! Okay. Calm down. I see that you like this new guy that you met, but make sure that you dont just ignore outside feelings other than yours. You have to remember that your ex is still in love with you and eagerly wants you back. Im not saying to give up on your hopes with being with this new guy. I am just saying when you start dating this other guy (if your not already)..make sure that your ex knows. Because if you dont tell him straight up he'll find out from someone other than you and the pain will multiply for him. Dont just forget about him, take the chance with the guy you met at the party but also stay great friends with your ex. In the begining he will want to me much more but just explain to him that you just dont like him like that and you just want to be good friends. He'll understand. And after awhile he should understand that you have moved on and he will give up. Good luck hun. :)
