Hey 16-m. I'm terrible at keeping to a schedule and managing my time. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could try to manage my time better? I usually have things to do after school, and by the time I get home I have just enough homework to keep me going late into the night. After I look back on the day, I spot out about half an hour at the least I could have saved if I did things differently. i have read coloumns in magazines saying if you excersise too much it is damaging your body. is this true? i excersise at a gym for about 4 1/2 hours each week. i also do 30 mins of cardio at home. am i doing too much?

I know it's really early to be asking this, but I was hoping someone could help me with deciding on what I should get my really good friend Dan. He lives in another state(he's in MN and I'm in OH) and we really like each other a lot. We talk every single day and he is very sweet, so I'm wanting to get him something that he'll really like for Valentines day. I've already looked at a bunch of sites by typing in Valentines Day gifts. I've found one really good site that I love.
