Crunches and Situps will get that six pack in.. Try running, walking or Swimming for your legs or even lifting weights like at a gym which would be hard cuz your 13 but maybe you can at school or something.. You can do pushups for your arms or lift weights also.. ♥ Dez

tons of crunches and pushups.. believe it or not push ups really have nothing to do with yours arms its like all abs (your arms have to be directly below your shoulder dont put them out in front of you) all try do squats, jogging, if you have the oppertunity go swimming.. it really helps you all around (swim laps at least 15 per time) also if you can join a gym.. although it is unsafe for most younger teens it can really help you out if you know what your doing but the equipment there is strictly for your look and not for stregth( my trainer told me that because you dont use most of the muscles that the machines work on)

also you are still im puberty and until you are done with it it is very hard to build muscle so dont be surprised if you dont see and only feel the results for the next few years
