The quarentine list is all the adware/spyware that ad aware has found. I'm not sure whether it's doing any harm there but deleting it won't hurt either.

adaware pulls up things with the intention of you deleting them. it will help your computer to get rid of them.

Not deleting your quarantine list will mess up your computer and if you do delete it, nothing should happen.

well on my comp the dont.. just because if your comp starts getting weird you can tell what it is.. like the ones that are quarentined are the ones you need to watch out for.. i would have your comp delete them from the system not just delete them off the list.. and if you can try to talk to a friend that works will comps or something and he can tell you which ones to delete and which ones to keep. if you want to be totally safe dont touch it because you could release the virus into your comp

Yes thats fine, it wont do anything to your computer.

Just make sure you dont click restore because all of those viruses will come back && thats not good.

My dad said to delete the quarantines... That's what he told me, and that's what he does. Both of our computers are fine. We both use Ad-Aware and Spy Bot : Search and Destroy. I think deleting would be fine.
