I only got about 7 hours of sleep last night. I can't take a nap and my head hurts and my eyes are really hot like. So Whats Going on? I don't think I am sick. All 5's

If your eyes are burning and your head hurts, you should probably get off the computer and have a rest. May be not a nap, but just try to relax. You might not be sick at the moment, but if you don't get some rest now you are likely to be sick soon.

If you're still reading this, how much sleep do you normally get? If you don't get enough sleep for a long time, it can make you really tired because of the long term sleep debt. There isn't really much you can do besides go to bed earlier. Unfortunately, this might mean sacrificing some of your free time to get you work done earlier so you can go to bed earlier.

If you have trouble falling asleep, avoid caffeine, especially during the afternoon and evening. If this persists for a long time, you might want to see a doctor to make sure nothing is wrong. I wouldn't recommend over-the-counter sleeping medicine because you can become dependent on it.

If he doesn't want to be with you, then there really isn't much point for you to be with him, even if he agreed to give you another chance.

You should talk to him about it. Make sure you act calm, even if you don't feel calm. If he insists that he still wants to be with you, may be he really does, but really don't expect too much. You're better off breaking up with him, unless you want to be with him and have to worry about him wanting to break up again.

Hey so i am try to redownload itunes 6 but each time i choose repair it doesnt work...if i choose remove will i lose all of my songs? i need fast, clears answers!! __ME__

As far as I know, you won't lose your songs when removing iTunes. I'm not sure about songs bought from the iTunes music store though.

If you're worried, you can back up your songs. Go to your "My Music" folder and look for a folder called iTunes (it might be hidden, if you can't find it go to Windows Explorer and then Tools > Folder Options > View > Choose "Show hidden files and folders" from the list). Make a copy of this folder and then remove and reinstall iTunes. If you find that any of your songs are missing, copy everything in the backup copy into the iTunes folder.

Most CD burners come with their own software, although many media players (for example, Windows Media Player, iTunes, RealPlayer, Winamp) allow you to burn songs to CDs.

Of course, you need blank CDs to burn the songs onto.

What kind of layout do you have? Try something that matches your layout. This is easiest if your layout actually features some kind of image. Or you can try something that suits you. For example, if you like singing, try "tunes" and "lyrics". I like this one, because on the sidebar where it used to be "read comments" will now say "read lyrics" which still makes sense.

If you're just 13, I would say that you should not have sex. How old is your boyfriend? If he's older than you, he could get in serious trouble if you get caught because it's illegal to have sex with anyone under 16 (it might be different at where you live, but in most places the age of consent is around 14 - 18, 16 in many places). If he's younger than you, you'll be the one in trouble if you get caught.

Also, if you need to ask whether you should do it or not, chances are that you aren't ready for it. Hopefully, your boyfriend will understand if you say no.

What's the best program to use for making icons for xanga?

There are many programs suitable for making icons. It really depends what you want to make.

I would recommend the GIMP. It has features for both photo editing and animation. It is free, and it is available for all operating systems.

Other common ones are Adobe Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro (and Animation Shop for animated icons), but they are shareware, and very expensive too. You can download free trials, but they only last for 30 days.

Photoshop is more suitable for photo editing, and you can fix blemishes on photos, change the lighting, make colour photos into black-and-white.

Paint Shop Pro is similar, but I think it has more special effects for making stylised graphics (as opposed to just touching up photos).

I have this downloading system recommended to me by a friend, called DAP. Downloading Accelerator Plus... He tells me it's really good and fast yet after using it for several months... or was it half a year? It doesn't seem to be doing any good... though the fact that my dad somehow turned the DAP language into chinese... Every time I try to download something, it usually never works... So my questions are these... How do you change the language back to english on the DAP and how to you make it actually download stuff you need?!... if you have DAP. Please tell me someone out there has DAP. thanks XD

From what I can find on the DAP website (http://www.speedbit.com/), you have to install language packs to use DAP in other languages. I think you will need to unintall and reinstall DAP.

is there any ways i can get motivated to write? i don't know.. my boyfriend told me..that my writing would get graded an F. umm yea. that really hurt..and now it's bothering me. i know my grammer sucks...but that really messed me up..now my authors block is lasting longer than usual.

Practising always helps. Write about something that you want to write about. It will help you improve your grammar, and you can get more familiar with using words. That will come in handy when you need to write something for school.

Reading also helps, since you'll get more familiar with word usage, and you can get ideas from what you read. Make sure you read something that you actually want to read, otherwise you might end up hating it. (Of course, no one can help you if you have set texts from school and you don't like them)

Consider taking up a creative writing class (not necessarily at school) if you have time, you can share ideas with others and let others tell you about your writing.

If you don't have time for a class, try joining a writers' forum on the internet. Look for one that is focused on a theme that you like.

Okay I have Limewire, and all of a sudden, It wont let me download songs. Everything else works as it should, I mean I can access my library and search for music, but when I double click on a song, nothing happens. Nothing pops up or anything, it just acts like I never did anything. I have tried pressing the download button and right clicking and downloading, but nothing happens. I have also tried redownloading limewire like 3 times. Nothing works. Does anyone know whats causing this or have any solutions?

When you reinstalled Limewire, did you completely remove all the Limewire folders? Try uninstalling Limewire, then delete the folder C:\Program Files\LimeWire if it's still there, then reinstall Limewire. That might help.

Have you been installing or uninstalling anything else recently? This isn't very likely, but may be you changed something that's shared? Since Limewire runs on Java, reinstalling your Java Runtime Environment might help. Here's a link to the Java download page:

What scrollbars do you want? A box that holds content and then overflows into a scrollbar? Coloured scrollbars?

Try a different mouthwash. I think Listerine works. If you don't already brush your teeth after every meal, you should. Sugar-free gum might also help.

If the problem persists, go see a dentist. You might have a problem with your teeth that you didn't notice.

If your dentist can't find any problem with your teeth, bad breath might be a sign that you have a digestive system problem.

so i pasted the code for a new layout in the 'about me' section of my myspace. and now i can't get rid of it! or edit my profile at all for that matter! it like messed up my page, and when i go to 'edit profile' to delete the code, there's an error and the page freezes and the only thing i can do is click out of myspace all together. how do i get rid of this stupid thing?

Go to Safe Mode to edit your "About Me" section. If it doesn't work, click the delete link.

To go to Safe Mode, login to Myspace, and click "Home" on the top left corner. You should see a box with the heading "Hello, (your name)!", and the last link in that box should be "Safe Mode".

It could be. You should use panty liners - not the thick menstrual pads, the thin ones. That will keep your panties clean, and if your period comes, it won't make such a mess. If your period comes you should get thicker pads - the normal day time ones should be right.
